I am a Chef and small business owner from Pennsylvania. I seem to have a vast knowledge of the obscure. When my friends and family cant figure something out or need an answer im the one they call or text, and 90% of the time i am right. Within my business, we do alot of charity work,EX: MS Society, Habitat for Humanity, Toys for Tots and most recently The Wounded Warrior Project. If selected I would send 50%+ of my winnings equally to each charity. The more i win the more they will recieve.

  11. Marti Johnson

I have always been the friend everyone goes to for answers, the person who is fill of (what I always said was useless) information, and was the party trick of “who could stump Marti” at every event I went to. I chalk it up to watching to much tv. So put my skills to the test, and watch my funny brain go to work! Also, I’m a hoot being under pressure and sleep deprived…
Thanks, and have a great day!
    Marti

  19. David Brouck

Always thought of what an experience it would be to go outside the box for once and try to be accepted on a show. Most people who watch programs never think its possible to participate and just accept our roles as viewers. Prove the public wrong and let a blue collar equipment operator from New Hampshire have a go at it. I’m not going to convince anyone I “deserve” to be on more than anyone else…we all have lifes problems that we want to fix that requires a financial boost. Thank you for your time.

  20. Josh Hemphill

I’m sure there are a ton of people applying for this thing. I am not sure if I will be noticed… I’m just tryin’ to start my life up. I’m just a laid back guy gettin ready to start school(college). And I think it would so sick if I could get on the show. I think I can go pretty far I know a lot of random info. I’m good at trivia. I am a good candidate for catching a young audience eye.

  21. Nora hansen

Hi- i have never responded to a request to be on a game show before however I am a fan of Ryan Seacrest and feel that he has been involved in very reputable shows. I am a single mother of two gorgeous adopted children, age 6 and 3 and am a cancer surgeon as well. I love what I do and feel that it would be very exciting to be involved in this new endeavor. Regardless of whether or not I am chosen to participate I am looking forward to watching this new show.

  22. Bradley Benner

I am 25, disabled by a car acident in 2010 and have been in debt to the hospitals since. I would like a try at this contest for a chance to pay them off and get surgery cause i still have 6 screws in my hip.

  31. Guy Chipparino

Blah! Blah! Blah! OK I stand out – done and done!

  32. Stacey

I grew up watching game shows and having game nights as a kid. Some of that got lost as my kids grew older and prime time TV changed. I’m very excited to see Hollywood Game night on NBC PRIMETIME. My family LOVES it. America needs fun shows on TV to bring the family together again. I want to be a part of that! One Million Dollar Second at a time!
    Have a Groovy Day 🙂

  33. Christie Evans

    Hey,
Well I’m not gonna lie but I have a crap load of student debt that I would love to payoff in my life time…lol. Also, someone from the Gem state needs to be on the show, hope you know which state I am referring to. 🙂 Hint: potatos.

  34. Joan Alloway

I am a huge fan of NBC and I enjoy all the shows you have to offer.

  35. Patti Buck

50’s something year old cattle woman/rancher in Colorado. I love trivia, and silly questions.
I never know how I remember all the stuff that I do. It would be fun to try out your game. I am a gameaholic. When my friends come over, we can play games all day long.

  36. Amy

I’m intrigued by the premise of The Million Second Quiz and would love a chance to show off my skills! I qualified as a line jumper through the online quiz but the link to submit my casting application doesn’t work. Give me a chance to show you what I’ve got!

  37. Sean

i always loved to watch game shows and i think it be great to use my knowledge for this cool show you are starting up plus i am 17 so i got the ability to keep going

  42. Michele Murphy

I am a mother, grandmother, wife, sister, and a lady with lots of friends…Im full of smiles, laughs, and love trivia….I live day by day (financially and life in general)…If you want a contestant with character, full of smiles, and determintation …you have found your match!..I will not sugar coat my intentions but am honest to say who wouldn’t want to win enough money to at least take a vacation….which we haven’t done for twenty years…lets get it on!!!

  43. Jeff Newbern

I have three great qualities. 1) useless knowledge and trivia that recieve rolled eyes, laughs, and groans. 2) An extremely hard worker. 3) A never ending life mission to provide my wife with every happiness I can provide cause lord knows she deserves it. She the love if my life and a cancer survivor who has never stopped working hard at any point. She gave up her salon business to pursue dentistry.

Both of us are doctors; but before you quit on us, 10+ years each of college and grad school has racked us up student loans that are unbelievable to say out loud. I want to take that burden off of her so that she can finally be free of it…and then she can spend it all back. I’m sure it’s a win win for the economy. The country be back on track in no time.

We also want to start a family, but our worried that the student loans will stop us from being able to adopt. Please help me make my and her dreams a reality. Did I mention I know tons of useless trivia?

  44. Michele Murphy

Short and simple…I am a mother, grandmother, wife, sister, and a person with a big personality and lots of good friends….I love to smile…I love anything to do with trivia..and if ever there was a perfect contestant who is living day to day (financially and life in general) …you have found your match!.. Consider me and lets have fun!!!

  45. Takiya Bostic

I am an 18 year old 2013 Dublin High School graduate from Dublin, Georgia. I am a small town girl with big dreams. My goal in life is to become an United States Airmen, a wife, and a mother. But before beginning my life I would like to experience some “unimaginable” goals. I would nee a perfect candidate for your show because not only would I attract more viewers but hopefully I can help my family and hometown out. Nothing happens in little Dublin, but maybe I can shed some light to our boredom. who’s heard of Dublin?! Exactly nobody! So give me the chance to redeem our visibility too the world, and choose me for you’re new show!

  46. Wendy Schoeder

Why should I be considered for this game show? Well let me tell you I am a pop culture, General trivia, game show fanatic!! I have always been interested in being on a game show and would love the opportunity to put my, what some people call, useless knowledge into a useful tool for extra money to provide my two beautiful children with a college fund and a awesome family vacation. I have a colorful, sarcastic and fun-loving personality which helps me through my employment as a Surgical Technician. Please consider me for the show, and I can finally show people how this so-called useless knowledge pays off. Thank you!!!!

  47. Kimberly McCreary

Hello my is Kim I would to be on this interesting game, I really need to be chosen for this show because it would really help me as I have been in and out of the hospital and have collected a lot Bills and been through a lot so it would a dream come true. I am a University Student and working on my Masters in Criminal Justice Research and in Law and hope to work with Juveniles in Juvenile Justice and help juveniles that need a better directions and with a better direction in live. So please give me a chance to be on the show Million Second Quiz I know I win.

  48. Pam Grundman

Well, I am not 6’2 and was never voted to have the best smile in the yearbook. I am not single or a single mom and have never been on a game show or traveled the world to meet people I met on AOL. I do have aTwitter account but have never tweeted. So, now the question is do I tell you I am young or old, married or single, fat or skinny, rural or urban, employed or unemployed, conservative or liberal, or maybe even libertarian?
I guess you may even use google to search for me. I know there are some things there because I haven’t ever changed my name as Eric Schmidt has suggested to get rid of your past.
So, this game show could be fun, have crazies on it like other shows, and have contestants that will swoon over Ryan Seacrest.
Lastly, I guess I should follow the example of those folks above: CHOOSE ME, CHOOSE ME!

  49. Patti Roadcap

Pick me!! Pick me!! Please! I love trivia and even if I don’t win……..what a fun thing to try. I’ve always wanted to be on a game show. Almost tried out for Survivor at an open call at a Mall but the bus was leaving and we had to go:( Woulda Coulda Shoulda got in the way and now I Wanna! Call me! 🙂

Hello my name is Logan I am a trivia genius Im only 14 but I know everything about pop culture and if u put me on ur show I’ll doquite well II need the money cause I want to start my own truck company

  52. Robert Sayre

I’m Robert Sayre II, and I’ve survived as a chubby, wild-ish, artistic, Southern bear for 44 years…I think I can handle the mean streets of New York!

    I’m full-time Cray, part-time teacher/blogger/activist/liquor store worker/student/actor/writer…
and that’s just right now! I am one-quarter each: Cuban, Afro-Cuban, Native Peoples, and Mexican…a true mixed breed.

We Southerners say it like it is, and gay men do the same, so I’m a double-barrelled kind of guy. My attitude and extensive (and varied) trivia knowledge give me a double dose of advantage!

    http://www.GeorgiaUnity.blogspot.com

“What will he say/do next?” Hopefully, be a BIG winner on Million Second Quiz!

  53. Mr. Slobberer

I’m a talentless hack with a penchant for buggery. I like trivia, but by saying so I have made the trivia more important than it is.

I’d like to say I’d be a great contestant, providing hours of endless entertainment and expertise. I’d like to say that, but I can’t. What I can say is that I am a person of strong faith, 25 years of business expertise, quick on my feet, reasonable manners, unhealthy sports addiction, and a family that loves me despite myself.

Oh – and I have difficulty with authority, which is nice.

If you pick me, it would be great fun, but in reality it is probably a bad career move for you if you do.

    Sincerely,

    Mr. Sloberer

  54. Landreo

Im curious to know if I could win.

  55. Joshua

Well, let’s see. I’m a wealth of useless knowledge ranging from technology to 80’s pop culture to movies and TV. I’m a dad of 2 great boys and have an amazing wife; we live in a suburb of Seattle. I’m an all around great guy (self identified) and am udderly hilarious (like a laughing cow).

  58. Nicole H

I’m a mid-twenties girl working in the startup world. Sure, it can be fun, but it can also be a “work all day for no pay” sort of life. I’m a graduate of an Ivy League college that has a professional gameshow contestant for an aunt (read: she’s been on 8). I’m fun, athletic, gregarious, charismatic and would LOVE a chance to show my personality and brains to the country. Thanks 🙂

  59. Denise Williams

Would love to be on your show. I am a out going fun person. I am like most people these days and could really use the cash my 50th birthday is in a few months and I would love to be able to go on a trip of a life time.

    Denise Williams
    Escondido CA

  60. James Mcconnell

I am a 52 year old father of 3, grandfather of 8. I would like you to consider me as a contestant on the MSQ show. If I would be lucky enough to win the 10 million dollars, first, all of my 8 grand kids have college bank accounts. After that, I want to start a game ranch for disabled vets and terminally ill children. Thank you for your consideration.

  61. Marti Dimet

I would be a FANTASTIC candidate for this game show because I’m smart AND I’m fun! Your audience would love me and that would be good for your ratings. LOVE, LOVE, LOVE the concept of viewers being able to play along at home. Brilliant! So pick me and I’ll keep your audience on it’s toes. And, living inside an hour glass was something I’ve always had on my bucket list. Who knew??? Seriously, though if you pick me … I know I’d be awesome. I’m the whole package. Smart, fun, likeable, easy on the eyes, witty, don’t cave under pressure, follows directions well, and blah, blah, blah. Thanks for considering me!

  62. angela call

I want the world for my family and just getting a chance to do this for them would be amazing.

  68. Amie Tackett

Well you ask why I should be on The Million Second Quiz, here’s your answer : I am a 30 year old southern girl from Kentucky. I was born and raised in a small town and had a child at the age of 16. I have been through more than most 50 year olds in one lifetime. I am a very outspoken and open person with a big heart. I have NEVER so much as been on a game show let along, been to New York or anywhere else for that matter. I would give anything to be able to show my daughter that as long as you never give up you can do anything you set your mind too. I am struggling to find work and got into college, but couldn’t afford it so I had to stop, I am a very real person and would absolutely love the opportunity to be able to try something new for the first time in my life instead of the same thing everyday. Everyone has a moment in their life where they deserve just that one chance and this is mine. I don’t come from money and nor do I really have any, I want to crack that code and stand with a smile on my face saying I DID IT. Just one chance that’s all I ask, Thank You & God Bless!

My Dad passed away leaving my mother with nothing and we take care of my mom. She deserves thes best and I would love to take her back to see our grandma one last time. Thank you.

  73. MIchelle

My family and I have been through a lot of tough times and we are trying to get by, A chance to be on the MIllion Second Quiz and test all the minutiae of trivia I have locked in my brain would be fantastic.
