Montanna HixHey! My names Montanna Hix, I’m 14, and I’m from Las Vegas, Nevada. I’ve always wanted to be a singer, because singing is my way of coming out of my little bubble. Music was always my escape, and if I can get on The Voice, my dreams would come true. Even if I don’t male or past the auditions. I’ve also never seen anyone from Las Vegas. I would love to be the first person from Vegas to be on The Voice. I understand that I may be too young, or not experienced enough, but, I will put in 110%. I want this more than anything else in the world. My choir teacher said he’d actually start watching The Voice if I was on the show. I just need to audition. And if no chairs turn around ill push myself either. Thanks for reading ! 🙂 0 Reply January 16, 2015

Gilbert SantiniI would like a chance to get someone to read or hear some songs I’ve written, especially one asking people to be more considerate and sympathetic to those who don’t seem to fit in, and also asking those who don’t feel they fit in to try to make an effort reach out to others. I lived in Newtown Ct when I was the age that the children were who died at Sandy Hook, and I wanted to try to make a difference, hoping to reach out to people who might be having problems, hoping to find a better resolution. Since telling a brief version of my life story seems to be the thing to do…most of my childhood was in one town or another in Connecticut, where I grew up reading science fiction, which I’ve wanted to write since I was a kid. My song is based on experience–not invited to the parties the cool kids in school went to, but working with someone from that group a few years later, and getting along with him very well–I realized I could have made more of an effort to reach out to others. More info available if requested. 0 Reply January 15, 2015
RazhaneHey my name is Razhane Richards and I am 15 years old. I live in reno Nevada but I’m originally from Sacramento California . I believe thy I should be chosen to sing on the voice because when I’m singing , I’m just being myself and not trying to please others. I want a chance to show other people out their in the world that although they see people get famous from tv shows like the voice and American idol there backgrounds are not really alike anyone else’s. There family has money to live in houses and I believe that because of that it kind of makes people feel as if they don’t have a chance. I just want to show the people that you don’t have to come from a middle class family to do something that you believe in. As my self my family isn’t middle class and we are not rich, but we are holding in there and keeping our heads held high no matter what we go through. And I just want a chance to prove to other people that I’m not just saying these words, but that I actually mean them 0 Reply January 13, 2015

Nathaniel MenaI’m 23 years old and i’m currently unemployed. I served in the Marines and I’ve been out since the summer of August 2012. I have nothing to show for it due to a bad discharge. I’ve been struggling immensely with homelessness, and in short I’ve dealt with everything the best as I possible can. I made a mistake that I believe, I should not have to pay for, for the rest of my life. In this life I know it’s about redemption and I have a talent for singing that I believe the world deserves to hear. I have always dreamed of performing in front of my entire school as a kid and imagined myself as a undercover rock star. I just never worked up the courage to really go after it, believe that I’m actually worth a little something, or even admit to family or close friends that I believe I truly have this talent. I’m completely ecstatic and blown away just at the thought of where this could all lead if my voice could be heard. If this never goes anywhere I’m glad I at least looked into this and tried to put myself out there. Whoever does read this if anyone ever will, thank you and I hope life always bring you joy. 0 Reply January 13, 2015

Megan SislowHi! My name is Megan. I’m 21 years old. Singing has been my passion since I was a little girl, and I can’t think of anything I’d rather do with my life. My family and friends have been telling me for years that I need to audition, it has just never been the right time. When will the time ever be ‘right’ though? My husband and I were married and had children at a young age, and we have struggled every day to provide an amazing life for them, but we are doing the best we can. I want to do amazing things for them though, I want to be above to provide a life that they could only dream of. God wants us to use the talents we have to honor him. So, I will not die with regret, I want to use my God given ability to praise and honor him. I want to be the next Voice winner!! Please consider me!! 0 Reply January 2, 2015

Shannon DoakHi. My name is Shannon Doak. I’m from Pittsburgh,Pennsylvania. I’m twelve years old and I’m in love music, it’s my passion and dream. I can only wish that one day I can record something in a studio. I’ve been singing since I was little and since then I can’t stop. I’ve been told that I have an amazing voice by a good hand full of people. I play many instruments including the drums, guitar, trumpet, oboe, and slide whistle. I can be very serious at some times but 99.9 precent of the time I’ll mess around and act like a goof ball. I want to be able to do something that I love when I get older and singing is what I love and enjoy doing. Hopefully I can continue singing for the rest of my life. I decided when I was around 2 that this is what I wanted to do. I’ve done nothing but work my butt off and will continue doing so to reach my goals in life. No matter where I am or who I’m with you’ll catch me singing. I’m a straight A student and tend to catch on to things very quickly and practice until it exceeds expectations. This would be a dream come true if I was given an opportunity to preform on “The Voice”. I hope that I can be given a chance to have this exciting and wonderful experience. 0 Reply December 16, 2014

I would like to become a part of this amazing singing competition simply because of one thing, and that’s because I love singing. 0 Reply November 14, 2014
NataliaYou’re looking for contestants that are an asset for the show and that people would love to watch on tv, right? A passion for music, recording experience, songwriting talent, a sense of rhythm, charisma, good look and a positive can-do attitude. Here’s me, a young lady from Poland who came to New York looking to conquer the world. 0 Reply November 14, 2014
BrittneyHey, my name is Brittney and this is like my favorite show ever! My mom tells me i can sing and that I should try out for the Voice. Im a 17 year old who would like to have her time to shine. Julie VerrellHiya! My name is Julie. I’m seventeen years old which means I have the title of dancing queen. (Thanks ABBA.) I have been singing since I could speak. No, seriously. My first words were E I E I O. Anyways, I didn’t have the most economically stable childhood, so for Christmas we would go to these toy drives so we could have toys for Christmas. The only thing to do to win this dollhouse that I really wanted was sing Rudolph the red-nosed reindeer. They only expected me to sing the chorus, but I grabbed the mic and sang the whole song. Did I mention I was 3? That’s when my parents knew they had s little girl with a whole lotta voice. Since then I’ve pursued my passion joining my schools chamber choir and attending several honor choirs. Now, in my senior year I’m looking to do something more, and this would be an amazing opportunity for me to grow my talent. Thank you and I look forward to hearing from you! 0 Reply November 11, 2014
Gabriel HenriquesI am 28 years old and working as a delivery driver for a juicing company in Portland Oregon. I was trained professionally years ago, but after graduation I had a mountain of debt and disillusionment. I’ve been struggling to get by, but the dream is still alive and well within me. I’ve always been more of a pop-opera type voice and enjoy playing around with rock and soul music. My tastes are all over the place, but I worship Nina Simone and enjoy singing-along to Josh Groban, Amy Winehouse, Jack Johnson, Pharrell and Sia to name a few! I know that I’ve got a gift and I believe the Voice could help me make my dreams come true! 0 Reply November 11, 2014
Natalie BentonHi! I’m Natalie! I have been singing ever since 2nd grade, and still love it! I have always had a secret dream of performing on stage, but I haven’t found any chances to do so. I always have this voice inside me that is waiting for the right moment to let go all of my emotion. I’m only 12 years old, going on 13 in February of next year, but all of my teachers say I have talent. I have NEVER taken singing lessons. but I have sang in my district honor choir (soprano), I have had various solos (all soprano), and sang in my county talent show! I got an award for best musical act. Please consider me to be on THE VOICE!Thanks 0 Reply November 9, 2014

My voice is one of my greatest gifts, (besides mother hood. ) I use my voice to paint pictures inside ones soul so they can have the opportunity to inspire and create for the future youth of tomorrow. We all have experienced some sort of trauma or hardship and we can use our stories as our greatest lessons / personal growths . Never give up on yourself or your dreams, for you can manifest anything into reality. Marzely DarbouzeHey my name is Marzely Darbouze. I’m 18 and I’m from Billerica, MA. At a young age I knew that God had a plan for me. My middle name Christella means, “Christ was here” in my second language Creole. My mother gave me that middle name for a reason. Since day one God has been there for me and I know he’ll continue to be here for this journey. I have been singing since I was seven years old and my love for music continues to grow every single day. Singing is my escape from anything stressful in my life. I’m currently going to school to become a corporate lawyer but my family and I know that my true passion is to become an incredible singer that young girls look up to. The journey won’t be easy but I am ready to put in all of the hard work in order to make my dream come true. I would be honored to be apart of this show. I pray I get this chance because I won’t disappoint! 0 Reply November 5, 2014

Amy LopezHi…it’s me again! I guess I have no life but singing, so I’m just going to keep messaging. Oops! I forgot to tell you about myself. Let’s start from the beginning. My name is Amy. I am currently 14 years old. All I do is sing. I sing everywhere, there is never a time I’m not singing…except for when I’m sleeping, of course, but some of my friends say I talk in my sleep. So there is a possibility I sing in my sleep…who knows. Anyways I would like to be on the voice because like I said before, “I want to do what I love and follow my dreams. Since I was little all I did was sing.” Please pick me, well I’m not forcing you to pick me… if you don’t want to pick me that fine. I really want you to but it’s all your decision. Bye! 0 Reply November 3, 2014

Nawal Awhen a normal person goes to a concert they enjoy the show, fan girl over the singer, and sing along. they go home and post pictures about it and tell their friends and family every detail they can remember. those are normal people.i go home and cry. not because i didnt enjoy the experience because i yearn for the ay to come where i stand on a stage of any sort and have the lyrics i poured my soul into be sung back to me by amazing people. i have a different voice. strong control and im different. plain and simple i love the experience of going to a concert but it only fuels my fire of wanting it that much more. if you dont believe me then go ahead and see for yourself.i would settle for being a c list singer as long as i get to wake up everyday and know that i get to sing today for my living. singing is fuel to my soul. plain and simple. i dont want it, i NEED it.happiness is finding a balance in life. i have very little figured out, but i know for sure that singing is me. its who i am. maybe just maybe someone will get me. love -N- 0 Reply October 29, 2014
Lawrie MillerHi, my name is Lawrie Miller. My sons name is Curtis Noles Jr. He’s a 14yr old 9th grader. He’s been in chorus and perforimg arts since the 2nd grade. He comes from a family that loves music. Me, my sister & my mother sing but never wanted to persue it as a career when ALOT of people say we should. Curtis has been praised by EVERY performing arts teacher he has had. He’s been to many scout auditions and has ALWAYS made it through. The only problem is the money. In 2008-2009, Curtis, his little sister and I were homeless. It hurts as a mother to watch my sons’ spirit get tossed around because he always deliever but I have to be the one to let him down because of money. EVERY interveiwer has told me that he is a TRIPPLE THREAT. He writes, sing, dance and raps. He’s taught himself do all these things but sing. His singing is a natural gift. I’m not only saying this because he’s my son but he is truely gifted at what he does and I’ve come to accept the what other people are telling me about his talents. All he talks about is going to college for anything about music. From a VERY YOUNG age, he decided that this IS what he wants to do. I didnt take him serious because every child now wants to become famous and on tv. Well we JUST RECENTLY moved to another city. He’s in chorus at Southwest High School in Macon, GA. His chorus teacher called me during school hours to tell me that my son is tremendously awesome with his voice. She said that she is willing to start him a portfolio for college herself. Also, she wants him to be in a statewide chorus that Georgia has. ALSO, she wants to tutor him on her piano after chorus practice. ALSO, she wants to start a boys chorus here in Macon and she wants Curtis to help her lead and sing in it. That’s why I am putting in a request for him. He doesn’t know I’m doing this for him. Please respond!!!. A Praying Mother 0 Reply October 29, 2014

Josh BellI’m 31yrs old and I’ve never had music or voice lessons. I struggle with letting loose on stage but feel like I have a lot of talent just need some guidance in finding my voice. I think with the right songs I could showcase an old school classic rock bluesy voice I guess you would call it. I feel like I have a lot range but never having a pro help me I’m not sure. Appreciate your time 0 Reply October 27, 2014
