AllaynaAnyone can say that they have the talent for something beautiful, creative, amazing. Anyone can claim to have that dream that seems impossible. Anyone can make themselves to be something special to believe in whole-heartedly. Anyone can say these aspects to be true, but fail to rise up to the challenge once the gauntlet is thrown. I want to be one of those individuals. I’ve been constantly told that my voice is beautiful, yet I’m humble enough to see the many people out there that have SO much amazement with their talents far better than me. I’ve wanted to be a singer since I started sharing my skill at a young age, but have been told that it would be the longest struggle to be on top of the world. I don’t want to be at the top of the charts, but to show it that I did it, to have my life-long dream fulfilled. I have performed both on and off stage for karaoke, talent shows, concerts, and church worship and events, and long to get that rush of anxiety-excitement to show the world what God has immensely blessed me with. ACJI am a twelve year old girl from Birmingham, Alabama. I enjoy singing country and contemporary Christian music the most, but also enjoy some pop music as well. I have been taking some voice lessons and have just begun performing. I have been told that I have a good, strong voice and that it would be a good voice for recording. Many people have commented on my voice and tell me that I should find a contest as soon as I am old enough. (Not sure what the age requirement is for this show.) I won 1st place at a singing competition here in my hometown last summer and have been performing in other events I can find for my age group. They are now of age to let me go forward and give myself to fulfill my my dream.l love singing and as a career nurse,l have given and shared thus gift to the hopeless, helpless and disparate, which l love doing. I’ve been close to launching out, but l humbly chose to care for my precious mother until her demise. I was given an opportunity to compete at The Apollo in 2007, but indiscriminately, my mother died the day before. I have won local talent shows here in Florida. Just recently, l launched out and auditioned for the next season of”America `s Got Talent `and awaiting their decision in January 2014. I have a unique voice of spontaneous quality, I’ve been told. I don’t pride myself in hoarding for and being the best, because l believe that God graces each one to reach one by the humility of loving mankind. I don’t aspire to try to please all, but l am humbly joyful when my singing will change or touch a life for the better. I am a career LPN of almost 20 years. Ty MathisName’s Ty Mathis. I’ve been singing since I was about 5, playing guitar since about 11, picked up a little piano, bass, drums around 13. I’ve written a couple songs and just love to sing in general. I do a pretty good version of 3 Doors Down “Landing in London”, and a unique “House of the Rising Sun”, and just about anything you give me I will learn to play and sing within hours. I started on gospel and country, and now I enjoy singing most any style. I’m the only boy out of 7 kids (and even with that I was born with a girl, I have a twin sister), and my grandmother brought music to me as a child. She was in a bluegrass group around Brunswick, Georgia, called the East Bound Express back in the 70’s. I have a great uncle who was a Master Sergeant in the Army who also wrote songs and played in a band. I’ve been told we are distant relatives of Earl Scruggs (my grandmother is a Scruggs), and also Ronnie Milsap (don’t know if it is true or not, but I’ll take it!) I just plain grew up with music in my blood. I’ve taken a few leaps of faith, tried out for American Idol, the X Factor, the Texaco Country Showdown and various other competitions, sadly to no avail. I try to emulate not so much the voice but the emotion, I believe everyone’s voice is unique but emotion complements any musical story. I love the song Sogno, Caruso, The Prayer… I guess I’m a sucker for melodramatic powerful pieces… But hey, who isn’t? I’ve probably spent several thousand hours singing over the last 10 years, only in the car and shower, hehe, because I was naturally and still am slightly timid. That’s the only reason I have not tried to be a singer, for my fear of being judged. But that hasn’t stopped me from extensively practicing on my own and filling up with happiness and overwhelming joy when I sing a piece and feel that I have done it somewhat correctly.
