    Hi, i am Rachel Yen from Singapore and i love acting and performing! Simple as that. I have a great, huge passion for it and it is what i want to do in the future. It is that feeling when you are committed to a character and a story and finally, when it is performed or put out there, it feel amazing, wonderful, spectacular, you name it.

    When i first read the books, i immediately got hooked. I finished the whole series in less than a week and was so engrossed in the character’s inner thoughts and emotions. I was worrying for Katniss even though she is just a fictional character. That is what i love about stories is that it shares different perspectives and views of various emotions and i would love to be part of that sharing. I am in an arts school in Singapore (School Of The Arts, Singapore) studying theatre. It is my 4th year and i have played various characters, Miranda from The Tempest being my biggest role and i really love acting. I would be thrilled and over the moon if i can get an opportunity to see the world i have built up in my mind real life in front of my eyes. I do go at fake fighting and I’m very flexible with my legs. I do have a foot scar and if you do know the story to it… people sometime think I got it in a battle. and I look like I am 16 or 17 sometimes older. I have good grades and I do have dyslexia but it never shows I also am good and make sure all my lines play with emotions when needed.
