Over the summer of 2012, I was enrolled into International Performing Arts Academy (IPAA) which helped me search farther deep down in myself to pull out even more love, I graduated from IPAA in December. I know its hard and I am prepared for disappointment in the years to come with the business, becasue I know it’s not easy getting casted in things. I would settle for something small at first, if I could find something to be in. I am 5 months away from turning 20 and my luck of finding roles is starting to get slim, for a lot of companies and directors are looking for young kids and teenagers. Im tired of seeing her bend her back over wether we’ll eat this week, or get gas in the car. Im tired of seeing her tired everyday from working 12 or 14 hour days. Im tired of her worrying over wether or not she’ll be able to send my brothers and I to a good college; or any college at all. I would love to be able to send all 4 of my brothes to any college, let my mom not have to work anymore and be able to rest her bones, send my mother and grandparents on vacation, and I,myself, would like to attend Julliard Perfroming Arts College in New York. So though I know the competition is fierce, jusg know that I’d be willing to give my absolute all in order to mot see my family stress and worry anymore. JuranActing is the only thing I see myself doing, and it is the only thing I want to do. Nothing makes me happier than being able to entertain people and potentially be an inspiration for others. I have seen almost all Tyler Perry productions. I feel that his movies and plays convey many aspects of life that many people may not notice or appreciate. He does this while making it light-hearted and not too serious. Being in a Tyler Perry production would be a dream for me and I think it would help me a lot as an up and coming new actress. I wish i would have followed my dreams because I was really good. I feel like I never lost it because if you are talented it is embedded deep down inside of you. I feel like I have some of the same qualities as Ms. Winfrey and Mr. Perry because although I didn’t go after all my dreams I did fulfill some. I grew up in a abusive house hold from age four to age fourteen. My parents use to fight all the time, like everyday tear the house up. After my parents divorce i got a job at the age of fourteen to help my mom with bills. I graduated from high school went on to college on a full paid scholarship with honor roll. I didn’t finish college because it wasn’t my passion. I changed my major about four times so my scholarship money ran out. I worked more than half my life since the age of fourteen to help out my mom with bills. I worked sometimes two jobs at a time just to make ends meet. I purchased my first house at age 29.
