Elizabeth Miche'Perhaps this may sound crazy to many, including me. However, I have been singing for many years. I was on the Morris B. Sachs Amateur Hour many years ago. I say, many years ago, because I am not 81 years old. However, my voice, to some on the phone say, I sound about in my thirties. A compliment to be sure. My family and friends seem to think I have a Disney voice that could be a voice dub for this part of Ariel. I sing slow, fairly high, and with feeling in songs I don’t hear today.I sing ” Over the Rainbow” quite well and sound somewhat like Judy Garland. I can’t attest to this, but I do know, I know I carry a tune much more so than I hear today. In my day, Music was Music with feeling and not YAH! YAH! YAH! stuff you hear today. Most can’t carry a tune in a basket and don’t know what REAL music is all about.Take the Sound of Music,The Wizard of Oz, Gone with the Wind, you name the old classics and you have my kind of music.Age, has nothing to do with your voice, as long as you use it like you should. annaokay this is gunna sound weird, but I think I woul be perfect as a mermaid. the weird part is that every time I get in a pool or go to a beach, I pretend to be a memaid who fell in love with a human. I made up my own fairy tale… “mermaids lived happily in the ocean, but they could also be found on land. every mermaid is given a magic stone when they are born. the stone has great power in it. it helps mermaids gave legs for 24 hours if they sing a special song” I always use the song from tangled, but please let me audition!
