ToriTo whom it may concern, My name is Victoria, but most people call me Tori; I am a Caucasian female. I am nineteen years old, I weight 180 pounds at a height of 5’10″. I have blue eyes and a sandy blonde hair color. Acting has been a passion of mine since I got the lead role in a high school play my freshman year. I have always wanted to do this and I cannot picture myself doing anything else for a living. I am currently a bartender and a volunteer firefighter in my hometown. Being a firefighter has given me the quality of knowing how to work as a team to accomplish things for a greater good. I love firefighting with all of my heart; it fills me with a feeling of accomplishment when I save somebody’s life. I have been a firefighter for over a year now and a bartender for almost a year. Bar tending has given me people skills so I don’t always take things to heart but I know how to handle criticism. Also I am a good multitasker since I have also been juggling college with my job along with firefighting. To be considered for this job would be a wonderful accomplishment for me. I would give this my entire heart because I know it would be difficult to not only be selected for an audition but to actually get the part. Shanlee Seiler-PorterHello, my name is Shanlee Seiler-Porter. I am 13 years old, 5’7″ and 120 pounds. I am a very experienced actress; I am involved with one of the largest children’s theatres in the country (CTC, Minneapolis) and have been in multiple plays and training camps. Although my experience in performing is mostly theatre and stage, I have done multiple training camps on television performing. I am so invested in my acting career that I no longer attend a brick and mortar public school. I attend Connections Academy, an online school connected to Julliard’s performing program, so I can focus primarily on my acting career without missing out on my education. I can easily pass for a much older teenager and am often mistaken for one. I have done multiple Shakespearean plays, and have been taught by professionals difficult acting techniques, such as crying on command. I also have a very large background in voice and dancing lessons. I am very active; I play volleyball and run 2 miles 3 to 5 days a week, exercising every day. I can also play the guitar a little. I wear glasses currently, but I have contacts if that would be necessary. I am also involved in charity work, such as donating what I can to the food bank and homeless shelters in my community. My family is middle-class, so unfortunately, I don’t have much extra money. I have a history of depression and anxiety, which I have gotten completely over, but I feel that I could be a wonderful role-model to young people with the same problems. My family is very invested in my acting career and takes me to auditions/camps/rehearsals/shows regularly, along with helps me find auditions and camps.
