shrutilaya giridharHi I am Shrutilaya Giridhar and am from India. i don’t know if i will be considered since my country isn’t anywhere near the USA. but i would still like to try for this show since it’d make a great difference to me. i want to make a difference in my own life and to people around me too. since i live in the southern part of India people are very traditional and conservative, but somehow, maybe because of the school i studied in and the life experinces i’ve had, i am very open minded and up for anything and everything new and exciting. so i want to make a change and show them that being open minded and up for everything isn’t going to mess anything up and that even if it does, it will only be a lesson to learn and the start of something new and better. also, i feel like am “free”, like a bird when i dance or sing. i want to follow my heart, and do it all. it makes me want to accomplish something much bigger and be an example to the younger generation. i want to make a difference to myself first of all. i want to show myself that i can do it, and that i do have what it takes to be THERE. i love to dance and sing. about me- i am 21 years old. i am a professional classical dancer and ive been learning for the past 17 years (entering 18 now). i am a self learnt singer, have sung in three tamil movies, have sung for a few bands in various shows, have sung in proshows. ive modelled for a few magazines in chennai. was titled as the best model in my college. i love fashion walks, and have always tried to be my best in it. i have designed clothes for a few teams i trained too. fashion walk has always been one of my pluses along with dance and music. was a judge for various shows in chennai. am a classical dance teacher too, and teach for people of all age groups, provided they can dance 🙂 have trained and choreographed for college shows (dance, music, theatre, fashion shows). i love to write songs, have written quite a few. have done a lot of stage plays in college level.i dont know if i can be the best, but i sure as hell will try to be, and maybe i will. 🙂 thankyou 0 Reply May 20, 2015
