Nicole JohnsonHello, my name is Nicole Johnson and I am 16 years old; turning 17 in February of this year. I am currently in college studying a Level 3 Extended Diploma in Dance. The reason why I would love to be on Shake it Up! is because I have been dancing since the age of 4 and it is my passion and I always love to show people what I can do. I have been in many performances which included Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at the Redditch theatre, a show at Butlins in Skegness, the Mardi-gras at the Royal Albert Hall in London and dancing at Disneyland Paris in August this year. The dancing on Shake it Up inspired me and I’ve always wanted to be a part of the action. I may live far away but I would travel the distance to help me in my career as a professional dancer. Shawn ColapietroHi, i’m 12 going to be 13 in March. I found a love for acting when i was in fourth grade. My school did musicals in the spring. I auditiond for it and i got in. I was chorus in my first one Once Upon A Matrices Jr. I was Razul in Aladdin Jr. I was Chef Luis in The Little mermaid Jr.and this year i am the lead role in Into The Woods Jr. I’ve been searching for an acting audition for a year now and i think this is the best place to start my acting career. Suzette W.Hi, I’m Suzette and I’m a teenage girl from South Africa. I am a Disney Channel fan and have hopes of one day entertaining others on a Disney Channel show, like ‘Shake It Up’. I am serious about becoming an actress as I plan to study it further after I have finished high school. I’m a friendly and easy person to work with: I am a good dancer, a very fast learner, good at memorising lines, able to adapt well to different situations, a good improviser, I have great control over my emotions and can politely accept creative criticism. My weakness’s are that I’m not exceptionally good at speaking in other accents and tend to laugh/talk a LOT. Like many others I’m tired of sitting around and waiting for things to happen. I know it will not be easy making it as a Disney actress from where I am now but I’m prepared for the hard work, perseverance and responsibility it will need. To be honest, I am new to this process however I am doing my best to research it and familiarise myself with it as much as I can. Ever since I could walk and speak and understand things, I would always sing, as I got older, I realized I wanted people to see what I could do, I have a certificate and a sash, from the school of dancing, and I have participated in many singing events in my school. My passion is to sing and I also love to dance. My parents think I should really show people what I can do, so this is my chance. I watch shake it up all the time when I have free time anyway, zendaya and Bella are inspiring. MeganHi, I am 13 years old and live in Australia. Please don’t make that stop you from choosing me.My parents aren’t at all supportive of me.
