Dazed ReactionWee are a teenage girl group called Dazed Reaction. Although we might be young, we are dedicated, hardworking, and truly have talent. The group I made up of Lyric, Melody, and Harmony, and this would be a great opportunity for us 🙂 If you listen to our us, you will not be disappointed. So hopefully we can be given the chance to even just audition for the show, that would be great 🙂 0 Reply July 27, 2012

Stefan PruettWe are Peachcake and are unsigned. We want a shot at the bigger stage. We aren’t nubbies, but we aren’t really known either. We’re singer/songwriters just chopping at the bit to do what the title of our next single says : The World Is Our Platform To Mean Something. Check us out –we think you could help us in the “mean something” department Help us get to that bigger platform and we will not disappoint. We’ll close with the title of our current single “You Matter” and we really think you do. 0 Reply July 25, 2012

CHUCK DIZZAll my life, I”ve written, recorded, produced and performed music, since age 4 to be exact! I have put jobs first to take care of families and hospital debts and Im a father of 2 girls. I cant keep a job! Music is the only thing I haven’t failed at! Im down on my luck with no income and honestly I dont look to music to make me rich in pocket, its made me rich in soul! I dont have other options! I just need a chance! I have plenty experience and potential to be labeled “1 of the Greats”, but…….I WILL BE GREATER! All Im asking is an opportunity. Please! Jennifer RutledgeHi, my name is Jennifer Rutledge, I have been singing my entire life! It is my passion and wouldn’t know what to do in life if I didn’t have this talent. I was in Choir through out grade school, holding officer positions and being selected to sing solos. I have been in Talent Shows and Karaoke Competitions. My father has been in many bands through out my life and I was always able to sing with him in front of crowds. The summer before my senior year of high school, while at a Leadership Conference for my NJROTC pogram, I was chosen to sing the National Anthem in front of all of the Cadets and their parents (over 500 people) out of the 50 people who auditioned for it. My absolute favorite singer in the entire world is Martina McBride!! The reason for that is because she has inspired me to sing and pursue my dreams and her voice and lyrics always help me when I’m down, going through a hard time, or just feel like jammin’! My dream in life is to be able to give all of that and maby even more to people who will listen to my music, and come to my concerts to sing along. My second dream is to be able to meet and sing with Martina!! I mainly sing Country Music but also like to sing other genres as well. If given the opportunity, I will not let you down! I will work my hardest and strive to be the best there can be! I want this so bad I dream about it and get butterflies just thinking about it! After I graduate college, I am planning on moving to Nashvile, TN to continue to pursue my dream. But until then, Competitions are the way to go. I really hope I hear back from you! It would mean the world to me! Jennifer <3 0 Reply July 25, 2012

Needless to say this man is a true gentlemen, hard worker, amazing father and beyond dedicated to his family and most of all his music. As many artist he is struggling for his talent to be heard. I implore you to hear this man and once you do you will moved to give him a shot.Just to give a little back ground on him he is a country bumpkin from merian al with 8 siblings. He taught him self how to play the guitar and piano by just sitting in front of one and picking up the other. Not to many artist can say that. If I could name one artist he reminds me of I would have to say Ray Charles. I say this because Mr. Charles and my friend are beyond amazing.oing there own background. With all that said with mucg more again I implore you to hear this man and give him the oportunity to amaze you. 0 Reply July 25, 2012
Summer MayneHey! My name is Summer Mayne and I am 18 years old. I know that I am young but my whole life I have dreamed of performing for people after I sang with my choir for 10 years. I love to sing and play guitar and write music. But throughout high school I was always so afraid of what people would think about me if I showed them who I am, so I never performed. I was always so self conscious of people judging me. But I now realize that people are going to judge me about everything I do so I might as well be doing something I love. I get such a thrill from being so vulnerable on stage. I love to make people feel something, whether it be exciting or sad. I’m ready to start my life and I would give anything to become an artist. Music is other only thing that makes me feel whole. It gives me something to look forward to. Im willing to work harder than possible and not stop until I know that I have given my whole heart into my career. Please consider me in the audition process! Thankyou 🙂 0 Reply July 25, 2012

AndreaMy son’s band, State of Mind, would love to audition! They are a teenage band ages 13-15. They started off as a cover band playing classic rock and blues – Johnny B Goode, Chain of Fools and Sweet Home Alabama, but now have formed into their own sound of pop/rock! Every song brings a whole new sound. We are from Jacksonville FL…yes, many great bands have started in Jax…. and we would love for State of Mind to be the next great band from JAX FL! The band has just recorded their first full length album and will be ready for release in a couple months. All the band members are unique…lead singer is 13, but you couldn’t tell from her mature vocals, lead guitarist is from England, but only 14 and the drummer’s biggest influence is John Bonham. Rhythm guitarist loves the blues and Johnny Cash and the keytar player loves country…..what a mixture, but it all works! 0 Reply July 24, 2012

Michael Stewart MartinI’m too old for American Idol 🙁 I was once told that if you don’t make it as a Pop Star by age 20, move on to Rock music. If you don’t hit it big in Rock by the time you’re 30, switch to Country. If you don’t make it in Country before 30, roll onto Jazz….and so on. I don’t care WHAT I sing…I JUST LOVE TO SING & PERFORM! My name is Michael Stewart Martin, but my friends call me Marty. I am from Camp Hill, Pa (near Harrisburg), and I have a 3rd degree blackbelt in Karaoke! I am a 33yr old, Filipino-American, and a twice divorced father of two amazing children (ages 6 & almost 8) who live with me exactly half of the time. I do have a full-time day job, because let’s face it…my kids like to eat 🙂 I’ve also been singing/fronting one band or another for the better part of the last 15 years…and I LOVE IT!!! This has become my “other job”. My dream is to be able to provide for my family, pay my apartment’s rent, and raise my kids properly, while making a living in music. I know that I have the talent. I just need to be heard!I’ve performed a wide range of covers, and have steadily been writing lyrics and melodies for original projects along the way. I’ve had the pleasure of sharing stages (big & small) and perform with a wide variety of local, regional, and national acts. I’ve even recorded a radio jingle for a local Rock DJ, who played it every weekday, before her show…for close to a year. I have original music (which I wrote ALL of the lyrics for) from my band Adriana Sky. Take a moment to watch the video for my song “Coming Home”, which was inspired by the brave men & women, serving this great country of ours. Did I mention, I’m a bit of a Patriot? 🙂 I also currently perform with a 5-7 piece Funk/Rock/R&B band called Funktion. On a side note, I once one $100 rapping with Ton Loc, in Harrisburg. True Story!PICK ME, PLEASE!!! My kids would be SO proud 🙂 0 Reply July 24, 2012

Andrea JarosHey I am Andrea and I am 17 years old and I have always wanted to be a singer and actress since I was a little girl. I know those industries are hard so if it doesn’t work out I would want to be a music therapist, music/choir teacher, forensic technician, or homicide detective. I would just like to take a second and say thanks to my awesome choir director Mr. Jason Hawkins <3 He has been such a what my family would call a warm person and he's helped me realized that we all do really have potential when we put our minds to it. Althouh my parents are supportive of me they have never really acknowledged singing and acting as a career for me. My dad does have a rare blood disorder called Aplastic Anemia and I would love for him to see me on a big stage before you know a complication and before he passes away. I have to admit I have been compared to Katy Perry before I mean I honestly truly believe I do sound like her. Please don't let me down and thanks for the oppurtuntity. Speaking of oppurtunities I wouldn't mind opening up for my singing idols currently Lady Gaga, Beyonce, Rascall Flatts, Natasha Bedingfield, Niki Minaj, Eminem, Lil Wayne, Young Money, Black Eyed Peas(Fergie), P!nk , Adam Levigne, Kelly Clarkson, and last but certainly not least Carrie Underwood. I hope chose me because then my dreams will come true and then I can know for sure that the stage is for me weither I am singing or acting or both !!!! <3 🙂 Sincerely, Andrea D.Jaros 0 Reply July 24, 2012
My Sister SharonMy older sister, Sharon Lindsey, is 23 years old and is currently a student at our local University in Joplin, MO. Since I can remember, Sharon has been playing the guitar, singing, and writing her own music. My mother even says its because she played a guitar while she was pregnant with her. Every time my sister sings, I am lifted off the ground. She has such a unique voice which matches her unique personality. While growing up, Sharon never had a lot of confidence in herself. After our family would beg and plead, she would finally get out her guitar and play. She was headed down a bad path with bad people and she was very distant, but when she played, it’s like we were connecting. When I graduated high school, i convinced her to attend MSSU with me, where she is now almost graduated with a degree in business management. With her music, she is slowly coming out of her shell, progressing, getting better, breaking her boundries. Sharon has so many goals and dreams that she plans to achieve. As her sister, I believe that she can do anything and given this opportunity, Sharon would push and achieve greatness. Her perserverance and determination will drive my sister to do great things. With all love, her sister Jamie. 0 Reply July 24, 2012

Andrea J.Hi I am Andrea Jaros I am 17 and I love to sing and act. I have been participating in choir since I was in 5th grade and now I am going to be a senior in high school. Since I was younger I have realized that I want to be an actress and singer when I grow up. I know its not so realistic since those are two really hard industries so if that doesn’t work I want to be a music therapist, music/choir teacher, forensic technician, or homicide detective. My freshman year I made into my schools spring musical which was “Annie”. I got to play an orphan and that’ s when I realized I would be great singing on a stage too. I have sang along to some Katy Perry and P!nk songs and my friends and family members have said I do sound like them. I have to admit I do think I sound a lot like Katy Perry naturally. So I hope you give me a chance because then my dreams would come true. Also, then I could prove to my parents, family, and friends that I do belong on the stage weither it’s singing or acting or both. My singing idols currently and who I would love to open for is Katy Perry, Adele, Lady Gaga, Niki Minaj, Beyonce, Lil Wayne, Young Money, Eminem, Rascal Flatts, Natasha Bedingfield, Kelly Clarkson, and last but not least Carrie Underwood. Please dont let me down thanks for this oppurtunitity and this would help me feel more confident in doing this as a career !!!! <3 🙂 0 Reply July 24, 2012
Gladys RowserI feel that ( DOUBLE A-B) which stands for ALL ABOUT BUSINESS, should have the chance to compete for a spot on this show because the group is made up of three young men who are beating all of the odds in a city where crime is up like crazy. These young men all graduated high school, have no criminal records and are staying out of the street regardless of what their peers are doing around them. They don’t hang out in the street in fear of their lives being taken by gun fire that was not intended for them. They have been working hard in the studio on their first Cd that will be releases sometime this fall. All three members are supported by their parents who are all working overtime to support their child’s dream. The parents are regular working citizens who believe in their sons dreams and are trying to show these young men that hard work and dedication CAN pay off. It’s been hard for the group with what is going on in Pittsburgh. Member Yung Moo lost a step-brother and a best friend to street violence, member T-Real lost his brother to street violence and member Yung Q was robbed at gun point for his money and cell phone. And they still stand together as a group. But it’s hard when you are not from the street but the streets still affect you. But through it all, these things have made the group stronger and more determined to make it out of the hood. Our group is very talented and can write a rap song in a couple of hours as long as they have a good beat. They can write a rap, a love song or a pop type of song at the drop of a hat. They also have the look for the ladies. If DOUBLE A- B is afforded the chance to be a part of your show, I guarantee you won’t be disappointed. 0 Reply July 24, 2012
Meg CannonHello my name is Meg Cannon. I am eighteen years old, from Oceanport in Monmouth County, New Jersey. I have always had a passion for music, and I am ready to make my dream become a reality. Not only do I want to share my own songs with the world, I also want my lyrics to give both girls and boys something to turn to when they feel hurt or alone. I have been writing songs since I was ten years old, as well as singing and playing guitar. I also danced for 16 years, which has taught me a great deal about performing. I believe that my music is real, and I NEVER hold back when I perform my songs. I put my entire heart and soul into my music, and I have been told that my stage presence puts the audience in somewhat of a trance because I want them to not only hear my words but feel them as well. Words cannot even describe how much I want a chance to be a part of this amazing experience because music is and always will be my life, and I want it to be a part of the worlds as well. 0 Reply July 24, 2012

Skyelar BrewerHello! 🙂 My name is Skyelar Brewer. I know everyone says music is their life, but for me it really is. Everything that goes on in my life is influenced by either the music of others, or my own. Singing and playing instruments is everything to me. Last summer I auditioned for American Idol, and made it to Hollywood! It was hands down the best experience I’ve ever had, because I was being recognized for my talent. Unfortunately, I was cut. But I now know what the biggest mistake I made was. I wasn’t myself! I didn’t let my personality shine through. But! I’m now older, and more confident in myself in life, and on stage. I would love to have the opportunity to show you my talents, and share my passion of music with you, the show, and the world! 0 Reply July 24, 2012
Josh CrumI am with a Hard Rock group called DOWNTREND. We have busted our butts for the past 8 years paying our dues. Sometimes to nice crowds, sometimes to crowds of our family and friends. We are hardworking and have always went above and beyond just to have the oppertunity to spread the word about our brand of rock music. We feel like Opening Act could be our chance to be seen. Due to the small Eastern Kentucky town we are from we have never had the oppertunity to show the world what we have. We have played all over the east coast but playing any given city only once a year its hard to build a fan base there. If given the chance we will use this platform to show the world what we have to offer.Thank You, Josh Crum Downtrend 0 Reply July 24, 2012
Emily BloomHey everyone! My stepdaughter’s name is Emily Bloom. Not only does she have a wonderful voice but the emotion and soul she puts behind her music is moving. When she performs, the hair on your arms stand up and you can feel her emotion. When performing at a high school concert, she sang a song that was very near and dear to her, and the audience could tell. There was hardly a dry eye in the entire auditorium. She has a voice that has a blues, jazz, rough yet soothing tone. Her voice is very unique and distinctive. She definetly stands apart from other singers. She has heart and soul behind her song. Please consider listening to her and you will not be disappointed. She is very modest about her talent, but anyone who has heard her sing, knows how good she is……now I want her to feel how good she is by being given an opportunity to perform an OPENING ACT. Thank you, Melissa Bloom (adoring fan/stepmom of Emily Bloom). 0 Reply July 23, 2012

HaVoK JoneHi, we are a 4 member all girls group call “HaVok Jones” out of Atlanta GA, We are all equally talented vocal though we have different tones and styles that come together well, We are true lovers of Music and entertaining. We Dance and sing. We are the girl group world is waiting on and we are all in it for the long run. Our style of music is a combo of pop, dance and urban. We did include an in the rough youtube link of our vocal talent below for your review. Here’s a little of HaVoK’s history:, 3 of our members has been vocally trained by the same trainer since we were pre-teens . The vocal trainer we work with decided to bring us all together after trying different girls out for a girls group, we clicked right away. We all have the same desires, love and hunger for music. We added an additional girl that has the same love for Music and entertainment as we do and importantly she wanted to be in a group. We are the prefect mix of talent, personalities and we want to share ourselves with the world. We also have recored few Original songs as well as a few vids of us preforming in front of a audience. We would elated to share them with you. We hope you love what you see. Love HaVoK Jones 🙂 🙂 0 Reply July 23, 2012
Anaise DeJesusMy name is Anaise. I’m 17 years old, turning 18 in September. I’ve been singing since age 4 but I’ve always been pretty shy. Last summer is when I started opening up with my singing, I made a Youtube account & started making videos. I’ve auditioned for The Voice and also American Idol. All I want to do is get my voice out there, Singing is not just a hobby to me, it’s my true passion. There’s not a day that I’m not singing, I would really love to be on the show because I want people to hear me, I want to be know, I want to be a singer. Its my dream. I literally refuse to give up. Please, take a look at my Youtube channel & hear me. My videos aren’t that great because the quality on my IPod sucks, but I can honestly say, I sound a lot better in person. Make a dream a reality please. Thank you ! 0 Reply July 23, 2012

Annivar SalgadoI could write a 100 reasons why you should look at my son Andrew Salgado as an Opening Act choice. He is a pop/country singer/songwriter and guitarist who has been wowing audiences in the Chicago area. He has a unique style and sound that separates him from the rest of the pack. But rather than me telling you what I think, I would rather let you read what this reporter saw the first time she saw Andrew perform. He picked up the guitar because of his admiration for Keith Urban. The first song he ever performed was Urbans’s Grace of God and he has been in love with performing ever since. Please take the time tro read the article and I truly beleive you will be as impressed as the people there and the reporter were with Andrew.Thank you.Annivar Salgado . 0 Reply July 23, 2012

I am now 26 with years of experience playing live shows in Chicago with many different bands.Im from a tough part of Chicago but I never let that stop me from chasing my dream of becoming a performer. I know easy doesnt fit into grown up world . If being a rock star was easy then everyone would be one right?? So I have to try my best to make it. Anyway , as soon as I seen the commercial for The Opening Act I knew it was exactly what my band was in search of, and so did most of my family. I received at least 6 calls from different family members telling me to try out for your show. it was destiny ! I am in a band called Lake Effect Delegates. We are going to change the music world with our original style and technique. We also want to help the world if we could. jasmine amadorHi! my name is Jasmine, Im 23 from Paterson,NJ. Coming from a town with a bad reputation with the thought of being a nobody because of that can be challenging. As a little girl there was nothing I would rather do then to stand in front of the tv and watch all the music videos and act as if i were in them. I would sing all the songs learn all the dances and knew in my mind this is what i would love to do my whole life. Ive participated in all school events such as talents shows, fashion shows, choir pretty much anywhere where I had the guts to put my foot in. I felt like my dream had been crushed when I applied to the only performing arts highschool in my town for vocal and my mother didnt allow me to go. I went for my auditon and got accepted and my mother gave me the guilt trip because she worked hard trying to get me into a medical based highschool, so being young and not being able to make my own decisions was tough. As time went by I was able to get over that guilt but still didnt have the confidence to do what I love the most! Me and a group of girls started a dance group, we had been to new york to perform, town festivals, competitions etc and I felt like I was fufilled with only doing that but come to realize I wasn’t. Finally i started to build my courage and auditioned for the voice, it was one of the best expeirences ever but unfortuatly you dont know what they’re looking for and that night I wasn’t it. I did a marvin’s room-drake cover in spanish with a friend and having over 11,000 hits made me keep in mind that I will never give up and this is why Im writing to you today, because I dont want to give up on what I love, I will continue to find opportunity and want to continue to reach my dream! 0 Reply July 23, 2012

AlexandriaMy name is Alexandria, and my passion is singing. I’ve always thought it would be impossible to get noticed, but I’m going to take a shot with Opening Act. I’m 17 and I’ve been singing with my older sister since I can remember. Together, we could make it big. We love singing together and writing songs. We’ve only sung together in church or for fun, but it’s always been something that has kept us close sisters. 0 Reply July 22, 2012
Alonzo Rogersi Always believed that you couldn’t win unless you tired. i also believe that its not where you come from that determines who you have to be. i come from a small town in florida that most people have never herd of its called cocoa florida not cocoa beach florida but a small town three citys away from the beach and riches . here a big break and a chance is something 99 percent of the people from my area never have the chance of getting. every minuet of the day i dream music no matter what the beat i love to write music and make songs. i love any song that i could relate i honestly am not sure what i am suppose to say to convence who ever is reading to give me a chance but like i said you couldnt win unless you tried this would be a great thing for me but most importantly my home town i lived here my life nd im slowly watching my city die almost.. please help me save my home town with this opportunity.. thanks in advance alonzo (azo) rogers 0 Reply July 22, 2012
Nicholas DowneyHi my name is Nicholas Downey I am apart of a hip hop group called the Grindtime Guyz. We should be considered for opening act because we are a movement, a different style of music, something new to the game. Another reason is that not only do we have great music and a fan base, we are entertaining and would be great tv. We have what it takes to be stars, without a personality you can never take it to the next level. The Grindtime Guyz just have that “IT” factor that all artist want but very few have. We are hungry for the opportunity to showcase our skills to the nation. We are out of Houston,TX and our music is so versatile we could open for a wide range of acts. Thanks so much for your time. 0 Reply July 22, 2012
Kamari CarterTo Whom It May Concern, My name is Kamari Carter and i’ve dreamed of performing for thousands of people around the world. My partner and I or both performers and producers and we’ve performed infront of a crowd of atleast 100 but nothing larger then that. My mother was the first person to introduce me to your show and I fell in love with it after I saw one episode. I would be honored if I was selected to perform and open for any artist. I am a professional controllerist/ EDM producer so I’ve been around for a while. My partner and I go by the name “Heal” because we believe that there is enough hate, spite, and sickness in the world; and with our music we want to Heal the world. If I am selected you will not be dissapointed, and of course thank you of even the consideration. -Your fan, Kamari. 0 Reply July 22, 2012
