I did very well and I think that because my teachers and some strangers came up to me afterwards and competed me. One person even told me if collage doesn’t work out, acting is your plan B. I have done a musical that was a combination of Wizard of Oz, Wicked, and Oz. We were not one character the whole time, we were a different character. There was about 14 songs and we all got one solo but some off us got more than that, I got three. I was Glenda, Elphaba, and The Tin Man. I plan to do much more. I know that I am just a beginner and if experience is what I lack then I am going to do as many plays as I can. I think I will surprise you, like I have with everyone else.I plan to go to collage for acting. I love acting because it is like you are stepping into someone else’s shoes for a day, or hopfuly for a dream job. If you ask anyone I know, they will say I am outgoing and always acting. In English class we were reading Romeo and Juliet, every day we would play something different. On the first day I raised my hand for someone that I didn’t even know anything about. I got one of the drunks in the street. My teacher told me at the end of class that I did a greats job. At the end if they day it turned out that she told all her classes about me. The next day I raised my hand fir some other part and I got picked and I over heard the kids in the row of desks next to me saying “yes, Caroline got picked.” I think I really started to like love acting in the 5th grade when we did the civil war reaction.I am not afread to say that I have ADD. It does not get in the way of learning. I am a very hard worker and I try my best even on the smallest of projscts. I play volleyball, I am a middle blocker and have been doing volleyball for the past two or three years. I also run track, I am the fastest girl on my team. I do track for my school and I run the 100m, 200m, 4x100m, and highjump. In championship I got first place in highjump. When I was in third or forth grade I did hip hop for a year. ElaPort Orleans is our family’s firavote Moderate Resort! We stayed in Magnolia section ~ it has beautiful landscaping. Even though the Resort was packed with guests ~ we never noticed it. POR is quiet and serene, especially at night ~ was quite romantic for DH and I. There are Horse Drawn Carriage rides every evening if you want to do something special. Plus there are boat and ski boat rentals.Besides the main pool there are also quiet pools in the complex ~ usually located between two of the resort buildings. There is also a laundramat located at the quiet pools. You can only get Pool Towels at the Main Pool area ~ not at these pools. That was no big deal for us.Rooms are clean and the beds were comfortable. Each room has a compact refrigerator ~ that was nice to keep our drinks chilled. There is also a small coffee maker, complete with coffee pods and sugar ~ we brought our own coffee though. Is nice to have first cup of coffee in your room. Let’s see ~ the room has a hair dryer as well.Every evening Mousekeeping left us a new Disney Towel Animal ~ I loved them. We tipped daily so maybe that helped.There is a drape that pulls shut to block off the sinks and bathroom area from the main room. That was nice for me ~ offers privacy when dressing.Don’t forget to ride the Boat on the Sassagoula River over to DTD. It’s a nice treat and doesn’t involve a bus.BTW, we never had a long wait for a bus. Ten minutes was our average wait ~ Just a few times we waited 15 or 20 minutes. POR shares a bus with Port Orleans French Quarters and busses may be packed tight.We never ate breakfast at their RIverside Mill Food Courtyard I believe it gets very busy then. We aren’t big on breakfast anyway. We did eat there a couple of times ~ the food was good. Try the Pasta ~ you order what you want from a good selection ~ they fix it for you. Only thing I didn’t like was the Pizza.Fulton’s General Store has all the little extras you may need ~ plus the usual WDW Souvenirs.I give 2 Thumbs up to POR. 0 Reply July 20, 2015
