To me every production is there to create a slice of life from some ones perspective, in a world only they can ever truly know. Done right a finished piece can grab peoples hearts or set their mind racing, and for me that is what a production must do. What astounded me were the similarities he and I share, and not just physically.He’s a young boy of 17 (I am almost 19 now); he has black hair and brown eyes and is tanned from his desert origins (I am a quarter Afghan and three quarters English); he is also short and stocky for his age (both of which are characteristics that I similarly possess, being a stocky 5 ft 10 adolescent).I can also sympathise with Quentyn’s anxieties, inner doubts and rigid sense of solemn familial duty. I’ve always strived to do my father proud and earn his respect, make him recognise my value. Nick ChristensenI’m from the UK and am 21 years old. I have a lean but muscular body and naturally olive skin along the lines of the warriors of Dorne or possibly even across the Narrow Sea a mercenary of Slavers bay or along those lines. I have done marital arts (Kung Fu, Karate), I boxed, and dabbled in Muay-Thai for a short period as well, and playing around with swords and weapons since playing in my garden and then a little actual training I have a basis to come across as a reasonably skilled fighter, although I could gladly use any help that comes my way. Rebecca LangevinI love the shows and the books but that is obviously not a good enough reason to be a cast member or extra in one of the next game of thrones seasons. I do have a great talent for acting. My biggest talent is remaining serious when something is supposed to be funny. I would make a great extra as one of the paramours or whores on the show as I have no problem showing a little skin. I must say I do have the look for it. I can follow a directors orders well, although i don’t have much acting experience other than high school plays and acting camp for years, I’m currently a model and taking a photographers orders are much like an actors. Acting is a passion of mine, I have felt it to be my true outlet of emotion and expression through growing up. I have never had the opportunity to fulfil my potential in this field and I believe that if I was considered then I would revel in that consideration and prove to you that I am capable of performing to the high calibre level of current Game of Thrones stars such as Peter Dinklage and Kit Harington. It is through watching the series that inspired me to regain my footing in the acting aspect of my life and it is one of the reasons I am here requesting the chance for an audition. I truly desire to be a quintessential cog in this fine-tuned clockwork of a production. I think that if given the means and basis of a character, I could make it my own and empathise in such a way that the mass audiences globally feel my unity with the character. ChrisI have no acting experience on paper, however, life tells a different story. For me acting isn’t something I go to work and do. It’s not something I save for the stage or the screen. It’s something I do everyday. It’s a skill I use to escape the reality of being me. Or maybe the reality of life itself.I won’t bother writing line after line about how I can benefit your show, I know you’ve heard it all before and besides only you can decide that. Nor will I tell you how brilliant I think it is because if I didn’t I wouldn’t be writing this now.
