Amber VreelandHi I am amber vreeland I am 12 singing , acting , dancing and modeling is my LIFE I cant stand any second of the day without those things. I currently sing songs with my cousin in my grandma’s basement and humm the words of my favorite songs in my head and I will be starring in Alice in Wonderland the musical later this year and I also go to voice lessons in my state.. In acting I am starring in my school play right now and it will be playing next weekend on friday and Saturday from 5 to 7, I have been participating in drama all year doing lots of improv , and have been going to many different acting camps during the summer . In dancing I have done many different types of dancing such as hip hop, jazz, ballet, and tap and more since I was 4. I love modeling I have naturally curly golden hair but I am going to die it next weekend and I have rosy cheeks and I have never had zits or pimples in my life and my mom was a model for a couple of years. If I was picked I would help the community and help the kids persue there dreams and would actually be proud for myself because I try hard to be a perfect kid I get straight A’s and always be nice to people that are down and it would be a dream that would actually give me hope. Anna-ClaireHi! I’ve been acting since I could remember! We would always perform a play based on a story from the bible on Thanksgiving and Easter for our friends and family. One day, I wanted to try. I did. I immediately fell in love with acting. I’ve been acting ever since. I’ve also done some singing and dancing, but acting is huge for me, and I will never give up. People have told me so many people have this dream and that I should just quit. I didn’t let that get me down. Acting has built up my confidence and without it I don’t even know who I would be today. Morgan Baker-SheikHi, My name is Morgan Baker-Sheik. Being on Disney would be a dream come true. I am 13 years old and I am a Canadian from London, Ontario. I don’t know if you realize how much those made a difference in my life. I started going for things. Middle school was a tough transition for me because I moved to a new school but I was comforted by the fact that my local theatre was doing out drama elective at my new school. I signed up for the drama elective and I got the lead role in both plays we did that year. I take drama classes currently now with that theatre and made a part in a community play. Grace CookHello, My name is Grace Cook and I am 13 years old. To help you fully understand why I believe you should consider me I have to give you a little bit of background. I am clinically depressed, have anxiety, and sever self worth issues. It was March seventh of this year when I attempted suicide. Luckily my school calls students parents when they miss school, and even more luckily I survived. My attempt on my OWN life made me realize that I don’t ever want someone to go through what I did when I know I could help. Being on Disney would help me to become someone that people can look up to, to be a living model of how life gets better. I realize that just telling you this alone doesn’t make me seem like a suited option. So, to get alone with what my skill set and personality and such are like, I’ll let you know that I have been doing Lexington children’s theater Play workshops since i was about six, I have done several school plays, I have been in my schools band and choir, I am tri- lingual( English, Spanish, and Japanese). I like to think of myself as very bright, outgoing, entertaining, creative, and kind. Being on Disney would not only show that even someone with “mental illnesses” can be like everyone else, it would also help in changing societies biased opinion on what the standard of beauty is because I am “bigger” than most girls.
