I will admit I have never been part of something big like a theatre performance where I am acting however I have been in theatre dancing, I used to participate in ballet when I was younger and took part in theatre performances such as Tchaikovsky’s The Nutcracker and The Lion King.A little bit more about me… I watch a lot of movies and shows and growing up, from a very young age, I tended to (and still tend to) copy the actors/actresses performances and I believe it has guided me in my confidence of acting. I do have confidence and could easily perform in something big like Descendants. Watching the first movie I tried to copy Dove Cameron’s acting as she is a huge inspiration to me and to work with her would be incredible. In my own head I have created a character that I would like to be if somehow I get word back that the director/ producer has any interest in me. She is a villain and while she may not be written into the script if I could talk to the producers or director maybe she could be written into it. Taylor EskewHi my name is Taylor Eskew. I have seen the first Disney descendants movie so much that if there is a 2nd movie I would love to be in it. Also, I have had ideas of who my character could be. I would love to be a villain turned good, but I would especially love to play the daughter of Hades. I like to sing, and act. I personally believe I am a strong singer, and this movie means a lot to me, but school comes first. If we could shoot my scenes in the summer, I would love that. I like Hercules because its a great story, the songs are fantastic, and Hades is like the boy version of Maleficent. I would love to have fire come out of my hands and when I do that, I would love my eyes to turn electric blue like the fire, and my hair. It is my entire childhood, every chance I got to do something Disney related I definitely took it. For example, I was in my 5th grade play of Peter Pan, I was given the role of Tinkerbell because I am “Sassy, Energetic, Fashion Forward and I brought the character to life.” I have also recently been in a play for my middle schools production of The Little Mermaid. I went out for the part of Ursula, but sadly I didn’t get…not because of my acting, singing or dancing but simply because the other girl I went up against had a deeper voice. I was her understudy but, I was also given a role in the play as a “Mersister”(one of Ariel’s sisters). I just recently turned 15 on May 6:) and I’m a girl (if you couldn’t already tell by my name or writing)!! I’ve been acting since I was 5 (unprofessionally but hopefully that will change:D) and singing since I was 3. When I was 10 I went to an open call with the directors from The Suite Life of Zack and Cody. There were 250+ people’s there, and they were picking 10 people to “move on”. I was so excited when they gave me the exciting news that I had been one of the 10 people picked! Unfortunately, my mom would not let me pursue this, because she didn’t think it was real, although I am still possibly convinced that maybe it was. Now, I’m trying to live my dream! Please consider me for any role, and I promise you will not be disappointed! Why me?! Why me out of all the other people trying to pursue their dream as well. I’ll tell you why. If I could describe myself, my whole self in one word, it would be passionate. I do what I love, and I would really love to pursue this number one dream of mine. I’m passionate about becoming an actress! I have big dreams and I really hope I achieve them! But hope can only take me so far… I have to start somewhere, and I’m really excited about acting!! I can’t stop thinking about it. I’m very funny, outgoing, and flexible (able to move around roles), so with that said I hope I’ve at least given you a good background on my acting “career”.
