Christopher LambertI am super embarrassed for that lady who went to TCC in Texas. I went to that college, and when I witnessed her not know how many feet is in a yard. I was in shock, ROFL! I feel someone else should be on “Are you smarter than a 5th grader” from TCC to represent. I would love to be that someone on the show representing TCC and myself. I rescently took a free online I.Q. test and scored a 139, and feel strongly I could be smarter than a 5th grader. I am an idealist and inventor 31 years old, male, and hopefully your next million dollar winner : ) 0 Reply June 15, 2018

Austin HooserI’m a professional LSAT (Law School Admission Test) and MCAT (Medical College Admission Test) teacher/tutor. The LSAT is my specialty, and I excel at both understanding and explaining logic and reasoning. THAT would be fun to put to the test against the 5th Grader challenge. Also, my wife is still a student and we have a 1 year old daughter. I’m doing this for them, even though I’d love the opportunity (I love the show and have introduced my wife to it). And I’m an exciting “just do” personality. I’ve hitchhiked from Texas to Atlanta, I’ve personally confronted a cult to get a friend back, and I once donated ~$8800 (what was left of an inheritance from my grandfather) to build a school in India. On a whim. I have the heart, now put me in the game! -2 Reply December 16, 2016
James F. BarberI have always loved Are You Smarter…… since it premiered on Fox Network in 2007. I always enjoyed watching the contestants try to answer 1st to 5th grade questions with the opportunity to win large amounts of money, if they prove to be smarter than a 5th Grader. I have played along with the contestants many times and have actual done quite well, having actually answered the $1 Million Dollar question one time. I am a very healthy, energetic, outgoing, funny and intelligent 62 year old male and would love to be chosen to appear on this great game show. 0 Reply December 13, 2016

I have worked as: a software engineer; a project manager for a guided missile cruiser and destroyer working with the Navy; an engineering process statistician; a professional hypnotist and author. Asya MondsWhy do I think I’m smarter than a fifth grader???? Because I killed it in the fifth grade!!!! I made the fifth grade my ….. friend. Then, after I conquered the fifth grade, I took on middle school like a boss. Now that I’m all grown up and finished my homework, I’m putting all that education to good use. I love solving problems (math/statistics major), I’m really competitive (former collegiate tennis player), and most importantly, I’m the person that doesn’t let little kids win. 0 Reply October 26, 2016

Elaine MeggsI love this show and would love to be a contestant. I like to think I would do well but your fifth graders are pretty smart. I have a grandson who is a fifth grade student this year. He does well in school and I am constantly amazed at how much these kids know. I think I might be nervous on a tv show so I might not even answer questions correctly that I know but I would really like to try. 0 Reply September 12, 2016

Christi FrantomI absolutely love watching the show! Not only is it hilarious but it’s fun seeing how much I retain from those elementary school days. 🙂 I’m currently going back to school after many years so I would really like the chance to see how my Business degree education stacks up! I’m really outgoing and love a challenge and think the show would be so much fun to compete on. 0 Reply November 12, 2015
SarahDear Jeff, I love your show so much because: 1) you are hilarious without trying and wear the best clothes on TV and 2) the “higher they are the harder they fall” entertainment provided by some of your most confident contestants is spellbinding; the female attorney with her humiliated dog really raised the “bar”.While only having an almost AA from a Jr. College in Brookline, MA for challenged females, I am a self-taught webmaster (GrooveSocialMarketing.com) as well as a self-taught Certified Sommelier (built MyPetitSommelier.com to help me pass).May not seem like much but trying to figure out what four wines were at 8:30am without attending the six-week course plus serving a Master Sommelier in a simulated restaurant scenario wearing the wrong shoes took more cojones than I knew I had. I almost excused myself by making up a knee injury but I stayed the course, though I had to maintain the ruse by having a slight limp while serving the Champagne as my open-backed heels loudly slapped against my feet 🙁In closing, as an infomaniac I am a repository of weird and useless information, as well as some useful stuff to get me through the day. At least I know France is a country.Yours truly, Sarah Whitely (should be Sarah Bernhardt) 0 Reply November 1, 2015
James BarberHey Jeff–I dearly love this show and would love to be a contestant on it. I have watched most every episode from the beginning of the series and actually one night while watching an episode I decided to play along with the contestant. I answered all the questions along with the contestant and so he decided to go for the million dollar question. He, unfortunately missed it but I answered it correctly and would have gone home with the million. I still remember the question. It was who was the first person to break the land speed record and the answer was Chuck Yeager. Please let me know how i can be a contestant on Are You Smarter Than A Fifth Grader and thank you, James Barber 0 Reply October 6, 2015
JasmineI love watching this show because its so hilarious! I would love the opportunity to put my Bachelors of Science knowledge to the test and see if I retained any elementary knowledge.
