In the fall of 2009; October 2nd to be exact, I suffered a massive brain bleed and lay comatose for 21 days, therefore I do have some paralysis on the left side, I’m able to walk with a cane and a rollator, I’m still going to therapy, and pray. MinaHi I am Mina (pronounced Me-nah) im 12 turning 13 in July I have short-ish dark brown hair that has purple, lavender, and blonde highlights in it. I think I should get a role because my family has gone through the types of things that are happening in shameless and so I feel like I would be able to use that to my advantage. I have been tormented all through school to the point I wanted to take my own life. Also, when I returned home the bullied continued in my own family. It was 4 against 1. I felt there was never an escape. I could have easily given up for I felt pretty down about myself. However, these experiences led do developing a tough skin. I’ve also been into acting since I was a child, I’m 14 now. I have 4 siblings that all love the show, but not as much as me. I am the youngest. ChicagaI grew up in Chicago and California. For a couple years I wrote software for Social Service organizations and was directly around their cases. From my direct experiences growing up and observations… Shameless is amazingly accurate. Also having been on the some of the set at Warner Bro’s last year can’t tell you how much I felt connected to this production, it’s really amazing. I would love to be a part of it however big or small. I have been an extra with non-speaking parts in 3 films.
