Winter’s Tale Starring Will Smith – Movie

One of the world’s most accomplished screenwriters is set to make his feature film directorial debut and he is bringing one of the most impressive casts of the year along with him. Akiva Goldsman’s Winter’s Tale will feature the incredible talents of  Will Smith, Russell Crowe, Colin Farrell and William Hurt and auditions and casting calls for supporting roles alongside these fabulous stars are being held soon.

Winter’s Tale is a true passion project for Goldsman, Oscar Winning scribe of such iconic films as A Beautiful Mind and The Da Vinci Code, as he has worked for over a decade to bring this supernatural tale based on the critically revered 1983 novel by Mark Helprin. Winter’s Tale takes place in turn of the century Manhattan and tells the story of  a middle aged man named Peter Lake who plots to rob a fortress like mansion that he believes to be empty. As he begins his caper he realizes that the house is not empty and that Beverly Penn, the sickly young daughter of the homes owner, is there and a magically romance begins between the two. This is a powerful tale of love and the human soul and it’s film adaptation will be served greatly by the fantastically strong cast.     I do not have control over my destiny, something’s are inevitable and I guess it’s what leads people to success most of the time, but I do have control of my future, which is why I decided to contact you. I am an aspiring actress and so are about a billion more people on earth waiting for their break. After spending hours on the internet searching for open casting auditions in London, I stumbled upon some ‘inside the actors studio’ YouTube clips and after watching so many of them I felt this incredible flow of inspired, which made me want to pursue acting even more. I mean the things that people have been through and yet still they have strength to carry on, makes me think that it’s not going to be easy and handed to me on a platter , but I will never go down without trying my best and doing the most I can to realise my dream. When I was younger I used to spend hours in front of the TV watching movies and I think it was from a very young age I wanted to be an actress as I loved watching all these movies so much that I actually wanted to be a part of them. I’ve been trying to find myself, who I am, what I want to do and no matter which way I go around it I always bring myself back to acting. I am an extremely creative person and I am also interested in all the other essential aspects of film, as I believe a great movie or comedy sketch is a combination of good actors, but also screenwriters, directors and everyone else that works hard to bring emotions to the screen. Music and dance also play a big part in my life; to name a few I feel very motivated by people like Michael Jackson and Tupac, who I have listened to carefully and they have taught me a lot. I love acting so much and I understand there will be times when it’s not paying, but the fact that I love it so much will keep me going and difficulties will help me build a tough skin for what’s to come. Recently I have come to realise that what I want to do is more than just acting, but I feel that is where I have to start. I have faith that one day I can found my own production company as I am very much interested in all other aspects of film. I want to do this because I want to give back to society and provide opportunities for aspiring artists, just as you are providing this opportunity for me. I have written a script that is inspired by The Breakfast Club and I would love to continue script writing and acting as I want to make people around the world feel emotions they thought they could not freely express before, I want to inspire young people and make them feel like they belong through my scripts and acting. I want to bring joy to people and go on to make a change and make the world a better place for everyone. I feel that being cast in this film will allow me to continue the journey I have already started and fulfilling my prophecy.
