I have always felt that I have an amazing stage presence. I decided that taking part in an Acting Audition would be one of the few things i would place on my “Bucket List”. You may wonder why I would consider myself to have a relatively strong stage presence. The answer is simply, I have taken many Education courses throughout my college career and have been assigned various assignments that require me to speak to large groups of all ages. From the very first presentation I was always able to articulately connect to a variety of audiences. Being able to connect yourself with an audience is a huge quality in an actor seeing as there many people of many different backgrounds that I may be working with. This is not the only quality I have that would make me desirable. As an actor i have noticed that using your body, whether it be subtle or outlandish movements, is a quality necessary of many actors. Growing up in a huge Italian-American Family (on my fathers side) I have learned to animate all my dialogue, almost unconsciously. Now of course it easy to say, “well there are many people with these qualities”; however the last quality I have is that I can tell any story and make it sound like a once in a life time experience. I may not have experience (on paper) or a degree from a school, but I do have a great understanding of how to connect to a variety of audiences and adapt to changes.
