I was in school, and all my bills were always paid. I don’t know what happened. I’m in debt, I’m stressed out, and lost my financial aid to school. I have no drive left. I need someone to help me and my gf- to get our life back on track. I feel if I quit smoking cigarettes and get off my medication(methadone ), that would be a boost in the right direction. Richard cogswellHi my name is rich I have been taking pain pills since I was 15 years old an have gone thru the many struggles of takin pain pills and heroin I even went to detox for 3 days right before I left for basic training to be in the army have been arrested many times for my addiction over 13 rehab tried commiting suicide lost my fiancé and kids due to my addiction. It hasn’t even been fun anymore to take them it has become a job in itself to make sure that me and my girlfriend have pills everyday to no be dope sick. I just heard that u were casting for this certain pain killer addiction for your show and believe that my story would help others and maybe help me at the sametime. After all that being said I’m also currently starting trial for a recent run in with the law for possession of pain killers ( allegedly) 🙂 I feel that at this point in mylife if I don’t change I will be a lifer in the pain killer addiction society if you will. If you heard my full story of my life I think you guys would be able to make a show off of just me I hope to hear from you guys in the end it might just save my life to see how I am and how I look from the outside. Thank you for your time and hope to hear from you even if I don’t make ur casting requirements I would love to talk to someone about , I also currently take more pills than ever because I was deployed to Afghanistan an I feel the only time Iam normal now is when I take pills they surppress my memories of my battle buddy who was killed and in action and the many horrific things that I did and saw when I was deployed. Even tho I’m mentally messed up for the rest of my life and receive disability thru the VA for my PTSD I would never change a thing except for my friend who was killed while deployed I would change that but it’s hard for me to fight off the thoughts of not taking myself out of this horrible world I just wish that I could be the same guy I was before I was deployed without taking the pills even tho I took up until 3 days before joining the army I still was never subjecting to the things I saw over there it’s very hard (life) that is . I really am a good guy regardless of what the people who read this think. Please I NEED HELP but if I can’t help myself maybe someone who watches my story would never take pills when they see how my life has been Since those lil bitter sweet demon seeds were introduced into my life. An forte kids that read this they aren’t worth it at all do your self a favor and run far away from them I have wasted 500,000 or close 800,000 on pain pills in the long pain pills are exactly what they are called pain pills in the end they cause more pain then they do get rid of them especially when u take 15 perk tens at a time literally at a time or shoot up 3 bundles of heroin a day or god forbid I have to settle for a 5mg lot tab or perk I have to take 20 of them and that’s playing Russian roulette with just overdosing on the aspirin that’s 10,000 mgs of aspirin it makes my liver say oooouuu weeeeeeee . Abby AsquithMany people in this world today are brought up only being learned two genders, male/female. From this ignorance and lack of education, many people are judged because of this. I mean between my dad serving. 50 to life bid being in jail my whole life to being abused and taken advantage of by an older cousin. So many things going wrong in my life I could kind of see the end. She experienced similar tragedy experience with her daughter due to the same family, her father and his new family. We now relate and have grown closer because of it. I have ccommitted my life to servicing veterans so much that I live eat and breathe advocacy through my job. It has also has healed my relationship with my vVietnam combat veteran father. Despite the uphill battle to become independent with peers and bad perception of my mother as a child of definite going to fail, iI have realized a true self awhile impacting veterans lives by diligently and aggressively standing for the veteran and their family despite the current private sector trend of exploitation of the obvious major target market. Am a daring executive producer of a video show, “FRONT AND CENTER WITH DEBRA WORDEN” with the intention of actually protecting veterans and advocating for them to be educated educated. I believe in my heart that iI was given a gift to sort through all the adversity (many havenhaven’t mentioned) to serve vets. Hope to give perspective that real people overcome all the bull and can remain a servant with fire. I am known as a bit of a bull in this career field and hope to be even better to do better. I have one certain dream that i want to pursue and its going into the air force . Some people thought it was a crazy idea because of my height and stuff but i wasnt gonna let that bring me down . I decided it when i graduated in 2012 talked to a recruiter and he told me what weight i had to get down to to get in so i started exercising .i was so close to getting in and then road block stops me my grandfather made us me , my mom and my little brother leave because of some late car payments my mom had . It was very devistating because i was enrolled in college to be a med assistant , and i had to leave my friends and my first job . I was heartbroken . Living in pg wasnt as fun as i pictured it . I had no friends , and nothing to do . It was almost like being in jail without bars . Living under the roof of four people i dont like was mindblowing . It was my grandfather , his wife , his wife’s grand daughter and his wife’s mother . We lived in the basement of his house .. And they didnt like us very much , they talked about us and how much they wanted us to leave . There’s nothing like being somewhere where your not wanted BY family . A couple months pass me and my mom started working at IHOP so they made things better . So i decided to work on going into the airforce again .. But then my mom and my grandfathers wife got into a phsyical fight so they put us out on the street . We now stay at a MOTEL 6 in clinton and i have to put my dream aside again .. I’mi from north Carolina and I have traveled to alot of different places in just the little amount of time I have been enlisted. Don’t get me wrong I love my job which is an 88m. Which is a truck driver for you civilians. I do way more than the average person does by 9:00 am. Just like on april 27th I did a 12 mile ruck march with am bullet proof vest a m4 an helmet and an assault back (bookbag) which was filled. I had to do it within 4 hours we started at 5 am I did mine within 3 hours an 20 mins and right after that I had to report back to work like nothing happen. Now how many People can say they do that to start there mornings off. The reason I would like to be on your show is because the commercial the army puts out is full of shit they make it seem so fun but guess what once your in its 10 times what you never expected. I need you guess to see the everyday struggle it is to be in the army. My god it is not easy by all means. They have you painting rocks and flipping them talking about they getting a train and this isn’t even in basic they do this in “the real army”. I’m telling you the army is off the chain you have to get a inside peak I’m dieing for somebody to see what happens behind close doors. Jason CI’m a 24 year old pre-op FTM transguy. Yep. You read that right. I’m transgender. I was born female and am transitioning to male. I think the trans community is in of this country’s most “taboo” subjects and we need to shine a light on trans issues and the struggles that trans people go through on a daily basis. Now is the time that the trans community be acknowledged and recognized. I think MTV should feature true life episodes on trans people: one for female-to-male and one for male-to-female. Michelle GaddieMy husband has recently returned from Afghanistan as has taken the roll of stay at home dad with our children. He suffers from PTSD and I work outside the home as the sole provider for our family. My job requires me to travel out of my home state 4 days a week. I would like to see a show that highlights the effects of PTSD and the challenges with the re integration of military families once their loved one returns from war. We have two small children at home ages 7 and 5. and a 22 year old daughter who is in school. Our youngest daughter aged 5 suffers from a TBI suffered at the hands of her day care provider as well as Marfan syndrome. It is a real balancing act to keep our family on an even keel just dealing with the regular trappings of life. The effects of PTSD on a family has not been brought to the forefront in our society yet and I think it would be a real eye opener and would serve to open up the dialogue on this issue. 0 Reply March 26, 2013

I have an identical twin sister, and you could say we are two of a kind! We battle life’s struggles, but we live way differently! Being a twin is complicated, because as you grow older it’s almost a battle. Lets just say our parents weren’t the greatest role models back in their prime. My father cheated on my mother with a stripper when we were young. My parents got a divorce and my mother became addicted to weightloss pills, resulting in amphetamines addictions… my father abused us while my mother was in rehab. Child protective services was in the process of taking over custody, when my mother graduated from rehab and won custody! Our life was a lot like the fairy tale parent trap. Only much more aggressive, and crazy! Oh yeah.. Dad was married 5 times, and he is currently married to our old babysitter! That’s not trashy at all right? Anyways, my sister and I have never experienced acceptance as children so we have always strived to do better than the other. I am a full time student at a community college, and I work full-time cleaning houses. I am the “GOOD twin”. and I have had to work hard for everything I have. I have my own house. My own car, my own life!!!! However, my twin sister on the other hand… is the crazy twin. She works as a bar tender, and she sleeps with any guy she possibly can. She doesn’t have a home, she is homeless, and she sleeps on random peoples couches. She lives the night life, in partying and drinking… and she gets EVERYTHING handed to her. For our 21st birthday she got a new BMW, and I recieved a phone call saying “Happy Birthday”. My parents say that the reason they give her things is because they know I’m responsible and always take care of myself……….. terrible parenting…. but anyways I think that our story would be a great true life… It could be a great “good twin, bad twin”TRUE LIFE : I’m a TWINI couldn’t imagine all the things you could capture on my twin sisters scandelous life style. Rafiha ClarkI’m 27 years of age and has never met my mom. I’ve tried looking for her several times. I was taking from her as a baby by my dad and he vowed never to tell me about her. Which he never did. He died in 2002 from agent orange. I was taking from her because of her life style which was understandable but I’m an adult now and I don’t care what her life style is it was. I was born I Philadelphia in 85 and then moved to Michigan with my dad and his side. My dad then met a lady from New Orleans and after being together for done years we moved to Louisiana in 94. My dad then decided to just give custody to that lady (whom I didn’t know wasn’t my real mom till I was about 7) he moved back to Philly. I rarely talked to him at all. Not my dads family in Michigan. My dad passed and his wife whom he never divorced (married to her before I was born) never told me he passed till one of my dads nephew called me and I then called her and she made me (14 at the time) feel the size of rice.. Saying he wasn’t my dad, my mom was this and that, I took him away from her for years, he, Wasn’t my dad and so on and so on. I never made it to the funeral cause she cremated him. I now 2013 haven’t talked to my dads family in years, never knew my moms side… And I had a rough life as a step child and I have a 7 year old son and I just wanna know anything about her. My life is far from the normal average life style, in fact it is quite different from most peoples lives and in some case hard for people to understand. You see I am a “true exorcist”. I’m not a show boater, fake or want to be etc. I am a rare breed of exorcist. I was taken under the wing of a Catholic theological priest and was taught the Catholic rite of exorcism and all it entails.Trust me I didn’t just wake up one day and say,”Gee, I want to be an exorcist.” It was for self preservation. You see I was born with the gift to sense, feel, see, hear and interact with spirits. But with this gift there is a downside and that is dealing with spirit attacks and demonic attacks as well. So it was for that reason I first started in the teachings of the catholic rite of exorcism. I found that it was to be my life calling. But yes it came with great sacrifice and being shunned and feared and judged by others. Peoples misconceptions and lack of education into what and how I do and live as an exorcist; and what “Hollywood’s” version of what and how I do what I do is so far from the reality, but sadly people think that “Hollywood” must no all. It would be great to share the truth and reality of what and who and the inner working of a exorcist and what goes on in a true exorcism. Maybe it would open up some people and educate them to the reality of it all and also make people in need of this service learn what to look for when seeking proper exorcism assistance, and avoid all the frauds out their just out to take their money. However my dad is a assistant pastor. I have been attacked by my mother in law and she is crazy. They all are dead or in prision cuz of drugs, kidnapping, assults, robbery, probations violations, hitting women, scamming people for money and are professional boosters. I have seen it all. I am in the beginning of writing a book on my life its that wild, crazy and interesting! I am looking to go to college but need to financial aid assistance. i can dance, act as if I am in the hood, and classy at the same time. My brother Matt Lay is a mma fighter and it runs through the family. so I loved to box, fight etc. My kids have taken the jean for that as wwell. I have a amazingly but unique personality. You ask me to do something I will do it. You talk about the street life I have lived it and still everyday is a difficult struggle for me. I am a beautiful ladie that would love to open the worlds eyes and their minds to a whole new world. I have been with one man and one man only. I really take pride in that. Nowadays there ain’t any one that can say that! My boys are wild out and they can sing and dance. My husband has been shot, stabbbed, ball batted etc. And still climbing.Were doing the dam thing. I am a 23 year old single mother of a beautiful almost 3 year old daughter named Trinity. We rent a room in the Bronx ny. I have 2 jobs; one as a full-time receptionist , and the other as a part-time sales associate at the soho urban outfitters. My daughters father is in the streets ( meaning he sells drugs and thinks its cool to be a thug). My Current boyfriend works as a teachers aid for special students at a middle school, but is also in the streets. Now he doesn’t sell crack or live in the projects, like my daughters father, but still is in the same type of life style. I guess I just attract gangstaz. They’re both Bloods, but of different sets.Being that my full time job is in the city ( on 46 btwn Madison and 5th) , I feel insecure, and envious of the people I see. When riding the train from work, i always notice that all the white people don’t ride past 125th street. After that its blacks, Hispanics and other races.i wish i could have a place of my own, and enough money to live in manhattan , not harlem.It’s like I wish I grew up in a predominately white neighborhood, or in long island. Then maybe I wouldn’t be a struggling mother. My dads a drunk and we always argue. He puts in my face that I wasn’t ready to have my daughter and that I should let her live with my mother in NC. He also pits ne down about my dream to be a writer , he says to get a real job like him for the city.he thinks that antone cane be a writer , that i dont have to go to school to become one. My dream is to become a novelist, to contact with people who have gone through my struggle and can be inspired by my Resilience. So if that dream never comes to life , at least I can be picked to cast in the True Life and share the beginning of my struggle. I know millions are going through the same as I am. JadeJust wanted to let you guys know, i cracked my knuckles and twisted my neck before i typed this cause people, i have a story to tell. I recently posted a comment on the true life page in m.t.v.com but, thats besides the point. My life is not worst than the lives in hati or japan or anyone that survived tornados and hurricanes so, im not going to sit here and make it seem like thats the case. Its one of thoes things thats hard to explain, so ima let you deside. Imagine being a 16yr old highschool dropout, living with a independent mother struggling to raise two kids. you and your sister. No friends, No job. not being able to go anywhere, to expierience life as you know it because your mom is paranoid and overprotective. so your butts at home 24/7. and remember, youre 16. and what about feeling useless cause you know youre not doing not a single thing for the ones you care about, and you forever hearing your mother talk about how tired she is n how she dont wana work nomore, n she just wana be happy n want you to be happy. you sitting there hearing that everyday like dang ! i need to do something. you might tell me, well go back to school. but i think its safe to say school didnt do me or my family any good.. leaving did. My sister graduated, shes now attending college but just recently quit her job, and this job was our only chance to get by. but, she quit. and why ? well, i’d say because mom kept us in the house for so long that my sister couldnt find herself , shes not use to what so little the world has to offer. she’s use to having choices, cause thats all mother ever gave us, choices. but anyone could tell you its not like that at all. im the baby in the house, to young to get a job. That is a nice way of saying a little crazy. I’m a hard working professional, but have a playful side. I work out 5 days a week and love my yoga. I’m a soccer mom by day and spend a lot of time on the baseball field with my boys, but that doesn’t define me. I’m still a vivacious and complex person that has had more than a few bumps in the road, but have tried to maintain my integrity and grace throughout the real blows life can throw.
