The point of my reply is that I AM A DEAF ACTRESS who has played a zombie now for 2 years at Busch Gardens in Tampa. It all started with The Walking Dead and that peaked my interest. Obviously I am curious and would like to do a casting call for a non speaking role, unless you think about what would happen if there was a Deaf Survivors? Then I could use my ASL and show the world that even the deaf can survive. Just an idea. But what if? Mikayla TuckerI Love the Walking Dead series because of the suspense, and because I LOVE zombie movies/series. I started watching the walking dead in Season 1 when I was 10 and continued from there, also I am a HUGE fan. This series is very awesome and I hope it doesn’t end soon, but before it ends, I really want to meet the cast / be in the series. This series has been one of the best i’ve seen in my entire life so far, and Fear the Walking Dead doesn’t compare at all! I know the Walking Dead has to end one day but before it does, I was wondering if I could be in it. It doesn’t matter if i’m an extra or in one scene and die in the next. I’d just LOVE to experience being on the set with the cast/producers and such. I’d also LOVE to meet them and talk to them! I’ve been acting almost all my life, yet I’ve never been in a play or production of any kind. How? You might ask? If I’ve been acting almost all my life, how is it possible? Well, my uncle is a stunning actor, director, musician, and producer who I’ve idolized since I was a young girl. My dad was also in a major movie while he was an officer, ironically enough, he played an officer in the movie, Luther the Geek. My dream is to make them proud and follow in their footsteps.I have medium length (about to the center of my back) dark brown hair. I’m willing to dye it any color needed seeing that I’ve had it multiple blues in the past year or so. I also have deep brown eyes with black specks.I’m about 5′ 9 1/2″ and as many people say they look older than they actually are, I’ve had people ask me if I was around 16 or 17 because of my appearance and height. I weigh roughly 120 pounds with a normal body build. (Fit)I do have few medical issues however, but they’re not severe. Asthma is the worst of the four, the others are simple allergies. I’m allergic to cats, dust mites, and penicillin.I am very active with sports. I’ve played soccer for almost 5 years, volleyball for 4, and archery for 8. My favorite sports are actually soccer, volleyball, and believe it or not, lacrosse! Where I’m from in the little town of Dixon, Illinois, just south of Chicago, we, sadly, do not have any lacrosse teams, but I do practice at home with my siblings.I’m in 8th grade, soon to be, freshman. I’m a straight A student with a few B’s here and there, but overall, I manage to keep a high, steady GPA. It is the honest truth, and as much as I love to say it, everything I have written so far is the upmost truth. The only productions my school holds are musicals, and even though I’m very comfortable speaking in front of large groups of people, I cannot and will not sing in front of them, mainly because I can’t sing very well. It makes me nervous, especially because I have to sing for the entire cast at an audition knowing that they already (more than likely) have their positions locked in place.I really hope you consider emailing me and letting me know if there are any parts open for auditions.
