Are you ready for your chance to be in a movie with two of the biggest movie stars in the world? Academy Award winning actors Tom Hanks and Meryl Streep have teamed up for the new movie “The Post” and an extras casting call is here for you to apply to! Casting directors are searching for models and actors to portray war veterans and protestors. They are looking for men and women of all ethnicities who are ages 18 to 55 years old. Filming will be in New York City on July 9th, July 18th and July 26th. Because the movie takes place in 1971, you must be able to pull off the look of this era. You can’t have any modern hairstyles or piercings. Don’t miss out on the opportunity of a lifetime and apply to the movie casting call to be considered!

About “The Post”

The Post – the movie – will star Hanks as Bradlee, the legendary editor (played by Jason Robards, of course, in All the President’s Men), with Streep as publisher Katharine Graham. What They Are Looking For

Non Union Men and Women, 18-55 Age Range, To Portray War Veterans And Protesters.

These scenes are set in 1971. Men can have medium-length, shaggy, or long hair. Women can have any length hair but no obvious highlights or ombre.

This will be filming Sunday July 9th, Tuesday July 18th, and Wednesday July 26th. You will need to attend a wardrobe fitting prior to the shoot date.

Women: Height, weight, dress size, bust, waist, hips, and shoe.
-Confirm you are in the Tri State area
-What ID will you bring to set to fill out an I-9?
-Please attach (2-3) good quality photos, candid, non professional that clearly depict your CURRENT LOOK!

Do not submit if you have already been fit or worked on the film!
