Mother worked as Nurses Assistant , Father landed a job “Director of Home Management” (nice name for groundskeeper) with one of the Wealthest Business Men in Colorado County for 30 plus years. Therefore, growing up was comfortable, Time passes my Father cheated had a girlfriends , the whole town knew my mother just accepted it for the next 20 plus years. She Stayed for the children sake (as they all say). One Aunt married her husband twice after his verbal abuse!! She later divorced. Brother married his ” love of his life” They divorced! Now here comes my turn….married a man that was basically an outcast of his family therefore I fell for him because I thought I could uplift this man and give him what he needed and mold him the way I thought he could be.. Well…I married him and the first year into our marriage….commited adultery and brought a child into the marriage. Now instead of me leaving and trying to furthering my career and go back to school I was foolish to think it could still work…. I grieved in work…work…work” Adultery is” A Death of a Vow” You grieve! My husband could never keep a job, someone always didnt “like him” thats the simple mind thinking..trapped in that slave mentality” Lord help me! Well my mother always told me “the child wasnt asked to be brought here” you be kind because she had a stepmom that wasnt pleasant! I treated the child as if he was my own took him in when the mother had issues. During all this, working taking care of him and I am still induring the cheating not only with “baby mama” but others” . Years pass now I had two children from him and now Im tired of the nonsense. My Mother told me on her death bed” baby I maybe gone when you get enough…but break the curse before the girls are old enough to understand , Pray that this Generational Curse cease and ask God for guidance and strength” I did break it for awhile. But then”a scene from a diary of a mad black woman” was real in my life…..my husband was diagnosed with Kidney Failure. I took him back but he was humble for a moment but he still had that urge to merge. Wow. So here we are….same situation. Ive been attending church faithfully and asking God what do I do now with this man that is next to me every sunday in church that doesnt want to change this spirit of Lust!!! Do I stay or go???? I was recently laid off from my job of 16 years and I have truly been tested on who I am going to lean on for the last 8 months after all income was exhausted. But I know who’s child I am..I am ready to move from Impression to Impact. I know I am never alone because I have my Father Almighty above watching over me and the girls. I believe I was lead here to get ready to break” This Generational Curse” and prove that its never too late to get this this thing called “LIFE” right! I want to think BIG…not SMALL=SIMPLE MEDIORCE AVERAGE LEVEL LIVING! I have always wanted to be an actress since I could remember but was told by family that I should be realistic about the profession I choose. I didn’t receive support from my family for acting or singing even though I was in the church choir as one of the lead singers and in chorus from the elementary school all the way to High school. I was never in any school plays because I was afraid that I wouldn’t be supported by my family. What awakened the actor in me was a course elective acting class that I had taken while attending community college in 2008. I loved it and wanted to pursue an opportunity to work in TV or Film or both if possible. I wanted an opportunity to show what skills I have if any, before I was too old to do so. I am 41 and still haven’t gotten that chance. I have very little money and I just want to be able to leave my children something. Maybe a legacy they can be proud of. Angie CMy name is Angie and I have two beautiful girls 14 and 12.They both love to sing dance and act. My oldest sings and did some singing lessons for a while and is in drama in school. My 12 year old is in band and jazz band (yes two band classes in school).. Choir shades of blue and drama. She has been in several plays and was the star in one big play. She can memorize a script.
