Upon hearing about this television show, my first thoughts were that a suspense series led by Shonda Rhimes would honestly make my dreams come true. I believe that this idea for the show titled ”The Catch”, would show the audience contrast between Ms. Rhimes’ other work through Grey’s Anatomy and How to get away with murder, given the fact that this series shows a suspenseful and nail-biting story between a fiance- couple and Alice’s unnamed fiance’s urge to bring her status down.I would like to say that I have had a moderate amount of acting and on-stage performances. I have taken Drama classes at my high school for the past three years. There, I have taken part in performances such as radio dramas, and monologues, as well as intensive drama performances along with the rest of my class. I have also done a performance for my Musical Theater class, titled ”Anything Goes”. While I played the role of the reporter in this production, I had the opportunity to act, sing and dance. To bring the end of the school year to a close, my class and I presented the hour-long musical to the rest of the school, which possessed over 2000 students. However, although this was my longest performance, it was not my only performance. LEXII would love to be a part of this project. It would be an honor and priviledge to work with such a great writer and producers. I can draw off of being a reserved parochial school kid, the girlfriend of the quarterback in high school, a member of a social club that hosted many dances, a military soldier, a wife of an abusive soldier, a teacher, an hospital worker (an x-ray technician), a step mother of 2 sons, a professional college student, and a new bride & mother of 2 sons and a daughter. I’ve played some of those roles in college. I’m only 111 pounds, but I’ve played a fat lady that sings, the mother of teenagers, the brave but scared Jamie Lee Curtis in Halloween One.
