What I like more about the Big Bang theory is the diversity of the character’s personality. I especially like the added roles of Bernadette and Amy because I believe this has broadened the range/ direction in which the story line can go. Liz CarpenterWow, are there a lot of comments or what? I suppose this is just another one to add to the masses. I adore The Big Bang Theory and all it is. I started watching it with my family and all of us are hooked. I love how it’s nerdy but then not. The humor is fantastic and the actors/actresses are simply amazing to watch. It would amazing to even have a slim chance to work with those great people, or even just to see how it’s all done. I’ll stop before I start to ramble about how much I adore the show(I have this green atom jacket from ThinkGeek.com that I just fawn over). A brief summary: I’m 17, female at about 5’4. I have a rather sarcastic disposition like most teenagers these days and I’m a bit of a geek with some nerdy traits- but not enough to even be consider on the show King of the Nerds, I’m way too much of a geek for that. I’m witty (sometimes) and I love a laugh, which is why I asked for the big bang theory series 1-6 for Christmas and watched them all including all the special features in about 2 weeks! I have long blonde hair, grey-blue eyes, and I’m short – I kind of look like a ‘nerd’ as well, I wear glasses sometimes (those big ones) so yeah. I am comfortable in front of cameras, and can memorise long portions of script and act well under pressure. I have dreamt of meeting Johnny Galecki for a while now – either him or ROBERT DOWNEY JR!! They are both idols to me even though I am young, they are just hilarious and are inspiring!! If I could ever meet either of them it would be my life – complete. Any way, I would love to be chosen to be in the big bang theory, because I am confident, adapt well in new environments and being my age, I have no problem being away from home for a long amounts of time. I attend Heathfield Community school, which is said to be one of the most successful schools in England. And I have to say that they must have saw something in me, because out of 160 people they chose me to participate in the show! Eric RichardI love the The Big Bang Theory because I can relate to the character’s struggles. My entire life I have been seen as the one that does not fit in and socially awkward. I know what it feels like to not fit in as Leonard, Sheldon, Howard, and Rajesh feel throughout the show. I can bring my similar experiences to the screen channeling them through the character. All random, all basic, and certainly all true. I am originally from Kansas City, Missouri and 6 years ago I moved to Rockford to go to school for acting and directing. I now work in the performing arts department at the University at which I attended as well as perform and direct in local and regional theaters in the midwest. Big Bang Theory is one of the funniest and smartest all american(except for Raj) sitcoms currently on television. It would be an honor to work with the individuals responsible for showing audiences the truth and humor in quirky character types that many of us relate to and yet rarely see on our t.v. screens. I really believe I would be a great fit among Sheldon, Leonard, and the boys and also bring something unique to the table. Who knows, maybe I could represent all the nerdy gays out there!! Jake HaginListen, I can give you the cliché explanation of why I want to be here, how grateful I would be, and etc. But I won’t. I know you’re looking for some guy that can sing, and dance, and all that kind of stuff. I can’t do that. I’m really just some awkward white boy from St. Louis. Ashley SchmausHello Big Bang Theory, My name is Ashley Schmaus. I am a 27 year old female who is a big fan of the Big Bang Theory. I am looking for a change in my life. The past 5 years of my life has been one crazy ride. My dad passed away from Mersa, and the exact same day I totaled my car. My life changed from family members having nothing to do with me, having a drinking problem and a lot of depression. Last year was the icing on the cake, I ended up being pregnant with a high risk pregnancy. During that time I was also diagnosed with cancerous cells in my cervix. I lost my job as a car sales woman. In August my beautiful baby girl was born at 35 weeks with a condition called gastroschesis and spent the first 3 months of her life in the hospital. After my pregnancy I had the surgery of having my cancer cells removed. The beginning of this year, I made a goal for myself that I will do something big for myself. I’m going to finally succeed. Acting has always been one of my dreams but never had the guts to go for it. Living in Toledo, Ohio my whole life has not really given me very many opportunities. Something about the cast of this incredible show reminds me of my friends growing up. I would be a great fit for this show. Please consider me for an in person audition. I have been acting since I was five, in over 25 scripted and improvised productions, and was involved in a commercial for Treehouse. I have studied Tae Kwon Do since I was four. I have a sharp wit and love to write, which fuels my admiration for the genius writers of Big Bang Theory. I have a classic look, and the ability to play characters both older and younger than my actual age. I envision myself, among other roles, playing a comic foil to any character.
