I am currently unemployed, but worked for approximately 16 years in the educational system with “at risk” students. These students are “the bad kids” as society labeled them, but to me they’re kids with issues that need fine tuning.My time there was great because I was able to work with these students in need who had diverse back grounds. I would use my humor to keep staff and kids smiling, especially when stress was obvious. In the past, I have dresses up as characters to make grand entrances in the classroom to mess with the students and make them laugh. Dana LantierWhen I was 12 years old I took my first trip to New York city. As my mother and I were waiting in line to get lunch I stumbled across Tracy Morgan. I instinctively grabbed him and said, “you’re Tracy Morgan!” He began telling me that he would take my mom and I to meet the entire cast of SNL and I couldn’t believe my ears. I luckily got to meet Chris Kattan, Will Ferrell, Molly Shannon, etc. It was one of the moments in my life I decided I was meant for something great. I became part of drama club in 7th grade and continued with it until I was a senior in high school. It has been a true dream of mine to be an entertainer. When I was finishing college I discovered I was pregnant and my dreams got pushed to the back burner. Now I have a wonderful son, but I feel its time to pursue my dreams again. I have followed Will Ferrell and Melissa’s career and it would be nothing short of a dream to work with them.
