Apart from that, I’m also a professional dancer that both teaches at a dance studio in NY, and have a professional dance crew of my own. I would say I’ve watched every step up movie and have been inspired by them to boost the consideration, but I don’t know the relevance in that, hah. As a dancer, I’m very diverse and can do many different styles, not to say that I’ve good in all of them. My major style is Hip-Hop, however since my roots came from Breakin’ and Capoeira, I can also Parkour/Free Run, BBoy a little, and also apart from that, Wave, Tut, Flex and other minor styles. I would be awesome to work in an environment surrounded by so many dancers and to even be apart of such a huge project. The experience would do wonders. JuliaOh My God! This is like a dream come true, opportunity! I seriously, absolutely LOVE the Step Up movies and plots! Especially the characters like Moose. Also Ryan Guzman and Channing Tatum, and … well they have a very nice casting just saying 😉 I don’t normally dance in front of people, only certain people have seen me in my dancing mood, (which I usually get into after watching step up or footloose) And they seem to think i’m good, which i’m doubtful about. I’m really shy and insecure about stuff like this, but when people tell me I can’t do something, I get determined and try my hardest to get better and prove them wrong. DJHi my name is DJ. I have seen all of the Step Up films going back to the opening night of the first Step Up. I have been called Channing since the day the movie came out bc of how I use to dress before the movie and also they say how we both dance is very similar. At the college I go to they call me Magic Mike and ask me to come to parties and clubs here just so they can watch me dance to Pony by Ginuwine in the movie. I had the chance for a scholarship at Hendrix University a few years ago for dancing but money happen to be the situation to where I couldn’t take the risk with my family. Now I’m in the Army National Guard and more settled to be able to go back to what I enjoy most with dancing.
