Movie Casting Call for All Ages

The upcoming movie Solus is now casting actors.  The team is seeking male and female models and actors who are local to the Detroit area.  The film auditions will be held on October 27th with shooting taking place in November and December. All ages, ethnicities and genders are needed.   If you are looking for a film that will help you gain experience and build your reel this is a great opportunity for you.

About the Movie

Synopsis: After moving to a new city a young woman searches for her place in the world.  The student film will be 8 to 10 minutes in length and will be shooting in the Metro Detroit area.  This is a non-paid project however you will receive a copy of the film, IMDB credit, and craft services.

CHARACTER BIOS

Myia
Early- to mid-twenties; any ethnicity; dark hair. A self-described “cynic who cares;” usually is upbeat and sarcastic, but her strange new city has put a cloud over her mood.

Office Man
Mid-to-late thirties; any ethnicity. Giving a presentation in background.

Homeless Person
Fifty plus; any gender; any ethnicity. Homeless person on street corner.

Extras
All genders, ages, etc.
A few crowd scenes; very minor roles
