My 5th grade graduation i got an award for being the best singer in the class. Since then my passion for singing grew entirely. Middle school I joined chorus and did musicals where I finally realized how much I enjoyed dance. I took dance from my 7th grade year and enjoyed it so much that I was taking at least 4 class each week for a long time, such as Ballet, Jazz, Hip hop and pointe. My 8th grade year I got to sing the “Star Spangled Banner” at one of our chorus thing’s, it was amazing! High School came around and I learned how to play piano my freshman year, I tough myself. I’m not the best but I can read and play some music. Freshman year I got into Drama, and Theater. I was competing with other school at this thing called “Districts” Where you get to do anything arts (there’s alot to name) but here’s some, such as singing, dancing, and acting, You get judged and get awards and stuff, it’s truly incredible. I started to write my own music by playing the piano or just writing a poem then putting music with it. I enjoyed it so much that, all I wanted to do is sing, dance, and act, So i took charge and applied to Juilliard’s one of the best Performing Arts Schools in New York. My senior year in coming up and I hope im able to audition for them and you guy’s. I can’t improv dance to save my life, but if you give me something, I will make sure I work as hard as I can to make it perfect. As for reasons why I’m able to be in Pitch Perfect 2, I am a people person. I currently work in an office where talking to people is needed. I know how to harmonize in almost anything. If I’m listening to a song, I automatically start thinking of the harmonies just because I think it’s fun. My voice is very versatile which I think is needed in a movie like this. I can switch from Broadway to pop to coffee house jazz to classical in an instant. To be perfectly honest, I’ve always wanted to try an a cappella group, but I’ve never had the opportunity so I think this would be an amazing experience.
