Growing up in South Africa acting and performance is something that isn’t really celebrated in schools as much as it should be. Thus I never had a way to grow as an actor when I was younger. As I grew I discovered a love for acting and the joys it brought people, but never having gained the knowledge as to take my talent to a professional level. In South Africa auditions are few and hard to come by, hence the reason that I try to land international auditions. StephHi my name is Strph I’m 16 years old from Newcastle, UK. I’ve been dancing since I was 4 and I can do all sorts (ballet, musical theatre, street dance, salsa, contemporary, tap etc). I love performing and that all I ever want to do for my life. I’ve auditioned for loads growing up and it’s built my confidence up. I get no’s but you can’t go through life without getting told ‘you’re not good enough’ this has helped me and I use this to prove that I am good enough for people and for parts. I choreograph a lot of dances (mainly to pop songs) and I spend hours on it to make it perfect even if it said just for fun and not going to be used in anything. There’s a lot of people that want to become famous to become friends with other famous people and have the lifestyle that comes with, but I want to become famous to make a change especially in dance which is that you don’t have to do amazing tricks to win over people’s hearts you can win them over by showing off your own style and personality through dance. Selena BieleHi, I’m Selena Biele and I am applying for this acting job for me and my twin sister, Angelica. We love Disney shows, but everyone says we’re too old to be watching them, we do it anyways. Angelica is on of the only people that I know that will not miss an episode of a Holiday themed Disney show! She is my identical twin sister. No we don’t have telepathy or anything, that’s just a myth, but we do get those ‘moments’ when we know what each others thinking because we’ve been around each other so much. We were also born two days apart, yes that was a 2. I was born on May 15, 2000 and my sister was born on May 17, 2000. I think that it would be really cool if you had a set of twins like us to be on a Disney show or movie because everyone says that we should be on a reality TV show and that were naturals at acting and that we have a good sense of humor. Also, individually, we can become famous for acting, but together we can become models and work all around the world and probably have more movie directors wanting to hire US. We really want this job to jump start our acting/modeling careers. Shows like Liv and Maddie, that’s just one person. Don’t get me wrong, it would be pretty cool to be on Liv and Maddie, but we are twins to the bone.
