Audition Notice for Netflix TV Show

Do you want to apply for an audition for “House of Cards”? A new Netflix casting call is searching for men and women to work on the popular series. You have a chance to be a part of the series that takes us on the dark side of politics we never see. Marinella Hume Casting is looking for men and women to play homeless people, pedestrians and newspaper workers. These roles will film in Baltimore, Maryland on Friday, December 16th.

About “House of Cards”

The series follows Frank Underwood, played by Academy Award winning actor Kevin Spacey, and how he played his cards to take him from senator to the President of the United States. The show gives us an inside looking into the dirty, gritty and drama filled world of politics.

What They Are Looking For

Casting directors are looking for men and women ages 18 and up to play newspaper staff, low scale pedestrians and homeless people. Because filming is in Baltimore, Maryland, local actors are needed.

NOW CASTING LOW SCALE PEDESTRIANS, HOMELESS PEOPLE, AND NEWSPAPER STAFF FOR FUTURE FILMING DATE

Time: TBD (could be as early as 6am – must be open all day)

NEWSPAPER STAFF – MALES & FEMALES 30+
Must have natural hair color, no visible tattoos. Must include photos in business/business casual attire
Fresh face preferred – please indicate if you have not worked on the show before in any small scenes

LOW SCALE PEDESTRIANS– MALES & FEMALES 18+
Pedestrians in a low scale neighborhood. Must have natural hair color, no visible tattoos.

HOMELESS PEOPLE – MALES & FEMALES 18+
Must be comfortable playing a homeless person. Must have natural hair color, no visible tattoos.
You must be able to dress the part. Please attach photos of yourself wearing rough/torn clothing, rags, hats, gloves, boots, etc – nothing that looks too nice.
