Peter CloseI’ve grown up around the world of Knights and Castles as I have an English father and am friends with the step-son of a Duke. The whole world amazes me and I’d be enthralled to become part of that culture! I normally do stage work with my school and I have done play readings outside, but I would be perfectly ready for camera work as I have starred in and written many school video projects about wars and such (they are surprisingly good, might I add). I thought I’d go out on a limb and comment, as it seems there are few Americans, but I’ve played characters with accents, and I would be content to do it again. TJHI am female, 5ft 3″, 21 but look older, have very dark hair, pale skin, golden coloured eyes, strong jaw line, I am built heavier, even when loosing weight I still have a large body frame, I’m not going to lie I’m not anything really appealing in looks but this is not a job to put on CV to me, its a chance in a lifetime, it sounds greedy but seeing the words of the books and the show on TV is not enough for me, I want to experience it. Mathew SwannI am an avid fan, I mean who isn’t so that kind of goes without saying. But I have just finished training on my Performance degree and would love the opportunity to get involved with one of my favourite shows running, and of all time. I am a highly adaptable actor so would be able to play any part given to and my look can be changed quite easily to suit. I am fun and easy to work with and love any kind of challenge thrown at me. I have no major history in acting and have never appeared on TV. The most I have ever done is my primary school play which I had the lead play in. Awa Michelé C.Hey there my name is Awa and it almost frightens me to admit that I haven’t (really) started watching the show until a couple weeks ago-although I’ve heard of it more than a year ago (most honest apologies right there).I am 19 years old or young, depends on how you would like to see it (or how I want you to see it?) and my two mothertongues are english and german. I’ve been interested in acting ever since I can think, It is my passion and my dream and I will make it my life. I’ve been in several school plays and public events, played dif. kinds of main characters but not one set in medieval time.I am a mix of alot of (too many) nationalities, My mother is Italian/Irish (and more) and my father is Gambian (Africa) which (and you might have guessed it by now) makes me brown. As far as I know not a common color in the medieval times as far as movies and tv series go. I have never ever seen a girl with my light brown color and my half fuzzy half curly hair portraying a noble women. As a child I never wanted to dress up as a princess but I always wished to perform as one. Or as a peasant. Or as a mystical creature that lives below, way lower than the ground and what lies beneath it. I like to be scary. I hear I am extraordinarily beautiful (alot, way too much but the last thing I wish is to sound snide. Without doubt I am the least snide person I know or you know). I love to surprise people, usually for the good but if I get to be a character in a play or short film that scares them, well then they are truly shocked. Not many people out there that expect this of me. Sometimes I don’t even do.I love to challenge myself especially when it comes to the art of drama. So to cut the chase, here is what I can offer you: I am a hardcore perfectionist when it comes to acting and me. I have passion, faith and a little magic. Syed AbbasDear HBO, My name is Syed Abbas and I am an avid enthusiast in the Game of Thrones universe. I am a huge fan and typically both myself and my colleagues at my school perform role plays of different scenes from each of the four seasons such as the famous Red Wedding and a few others in our spare time. I am 16 years old, I am of a slightly brown complexion, I am about 5 foot 9 and I reside in Birmingham, England. I do lack experience in terms of acting on a larger scale which puts me at a disadvantage however it still remains my passion and I do feel I am a likeable person and so hopefully would fit in well, as well as be a lively and jolly figure on the days of filming. Moreover, I believe that working well with others and having a positive attitude throughout would be my advantage. I am also a confident person and so I would not feel uncomfortable when shooting. Furthermore, I feel Game Of Thrones would help me a lot in terms of developing my acting ability and would feel tremendously honoured if I was to be given the opportunity as Game Of Thrones is by far my favourite show on television due to its unpredictability, it’s amazingly written script, the magnificently produced scenes and the fantastic acting skills of all of the cast. If I was to be casted I would feel as though Trystane Martell would be a superb role for me to play as some of the drawings I have seen of him actually look quite a bit like me, as we have almost an identical complexion and have the same hair colour. I am able to speak in many different accents from all over the globe and so would be able to speak in quite a foreign accent as I understand that Trystane is from Dorne and so would have an accent very similar to that of Oberyn Martell. In my time, I have actually done my research on Trystane as a character and so I feel I would understand the emotions he has in the different scenes and would fully understand the character if I was to play him. Having watched every season so far and being well on my way to finishing the books I can safely say that Game of Thrones is by far my favourite story of all time and has become a passion of mine. The show’s writing and casting is in my opinion perfect. The epic scale of the story and it’s themes, along with the incredible attention to detail with even the most minor characters fascinates me and has me completely gripped. As well as being a dedicated fan of the shows, it has also been a dream of mine to be involved in the show as an actor.My acting experience is minimal, however due to the political nature of my degree of study I take part in regular public speaking and voice projection lessons from a former television and film and stage actor. As a result I am now completely at ease with public speaking and have learned to project my voice in the most effective way, as well as having a greatly improved sense of space. I have delivered an extremely varied number of speeches from the poems of Hafez to extracts from Shakespeare’s works. My accent is British (southern) but I can pick up accents very quickly.I would say my features make me best suited to a Dornish role, however this is just my opinion (with bleached hair I could be a Targaryen) and I would relish the chance to be involved in the show in any capacity.Features:-Half English/Half Iranian. I adore all kinds of fantasy, and it has been a dream of mine since I was young to get to live in a fantasy kingdom. Now while I can’t do that, the closest thing for me to do is to play a part in one. Westeros is perhaps the most captivating fantasy world that has ever existed, if I’m being honest. Having read all the books, bought all the merchandise, met half the cast already and obsessed over/written goodness knows how much fan fiction I’ve stumbled happily across this page, and I am praying to all the Gods it’s true. Julie AppelDear whomever this may concern. My name is Julie; I’m 17 years old and live in Denmark. I’m 161 cm tall and weigh 50 kg, I used to do gymnastics but due to an injury I had to stop. I have blonde hair, blue/gray eyes and a little bit of freckles. I speak Danish, English (as second language, but very well) and germen as a third language. I have always had an interest in acting and have through the last couple of years been taking classes in it once a week (this last year I have been taking classes in screen acting and the Meisner technique). I have been participating in various school plays and smaller projects, and have also done two short-films. I would like to audition for at part in Game Of Thrones, not only because I love the books and the show, but mostly because I love acting. Acting is truly my passion and it would be an outstanding chance for me to work with a cast as talented as the cast in Game Of Thrones. You could say that it would be a-dream-come-true if I got to be in the show, but I know that nothing comes that easy. I’m Motivated, hardworking and I’m prepared to dedicate my time to whatever the role could possibly be. I would say that acting is not a dream for me but more an ambition. Amy cuthbertHiI am a 30 year old white female living in Scotland. I am 5ft 3 and 60kg in weight, I run and swim regularly and so I am quite fit. I have shoulder length dark brown hair which is naturally curly but also straightens well. I have blue green eyes. I am quite pale skinned. I work as a staff nurse in a local hospital. I have always felt a strong desire to act, I have a vivid imagination and love the idea of losing yourself in different characters and in different times. I have never pursued any acting experience mainly because I have spent many years being very self conscious and having a fear of the unknown however since turning 30 I have found I am more self confident and have a real need to conquer fears and do things I have always wanted to do. This probably sounds ridiculous but it is true, recently I was accepted to be a cast performer in the closing ceremony at the Commonwealth Games held in Glasgow,Scotland which will be my first attempt at performing. I really enjoyed the audition process and doing new things totally out my comfort zone. I would love to audition for a role in Game of Thrones to find out if I have the talent needed to fulfil my long held desire to act for a living.
