The show is called Family Champions and its looking to help parents reconnect with their kids through their favorite video games with a little help from some famous YouTube Gamers of course! For the parents, this is a chance for them to reconnect with their kids and for their kids this is a change for to learn some tricks of the trade from professional gamers!The request to change this parent/child dynamic can come from either the kid or the parent but the question is always the same, “how do they fix their relationship?” The answer…teach the parent how to play their kid’s favorite videogame…with a little help from some famous YouTube Gamers.About the Show Family of Champions (working title) is a brand new series being developed my Omnia Media, a multichannel media company. In Family of Champions, an internationally-famous Gamer tutors an out-of-touch parent on how to learn, understand and conquer their kids’ favorite video game, resulting in newfound mutual respect on behalf of them both. In each episode, we meet a different family in need of a better connection. The PARENT is singularly focused on their responsibilities at work, the KID is into their friends and their favorite video game – THEY’RE NOT CONNECTED!
