Makenzie WallerHello! My name is Makenzie Waller. I am a 16-year-old, junior in high school. Ever since I was little I’ve always had a passion to dance, sing, and act. I danced at a local dance studio from when I was about 5 years old to 14 years old. I then decided that competitive cheerleading was more for me than dancing. Although I love competitive cheerleading, I swear I’m still a dancer at heart. When it comes to singing, that’s a different story. Singing is something that just comes natural to me and it always will be. When I was in Elementary school, I was in my school’s choir all five years. Then I moved up to middle school, where I was in the choir all three years along with being selected to be in the school’s select choir my seventh and eighth grade year. Now I am in high school and am currently in my school’s Varsity choir as a Junior. My school’s Varsity choir is known for being one of the bests in the state. I am also the junior editor of my high school’s yearbook. Now I do not have any acting experience, I have always wanted to do acting though. I have grown up watching all these different movies and shows, and it was be so amazing to become apart of them. My friends tell me I am crazy outgoing, which sometimes can’t be a good thing. Well my hair is dark brown at the roots but I dyed the ends a blonde color and as hideous as that probably sounds I really like it. I am 14, about to turn 15, hard working and would love to know more. I would tell you that I am passionate about acting, but that is not the main point to my appeal. My main point is that I want to make this series hit the news. It was genius when the show Good Luck Charlie introduced the first gay couple on T.V. That was very inspirational, and though there were negative responses, most of the audience loved it and they thought it was revolutionary. What I am getting at, is that I would like this franchise to also be as revolutional, if not more. I am a muslim, and for your show to cast one of the first muslim actors on Disney, if not the first, would also hit the news hard. To make this choice even easier, I have been in many live performances in my school and I am also a talented athelete in many sports (anything, but baseball). I also love the technical aspect of performances and I know quite a bit, but I am eager to learn more. I would even love to help on creating ideas for future episodes, and if needed, I know how to make some extra money. Since I was the school president in 8th grade, I managed to raise $3000 in school funds in one semester (the school barely started. It’s is called Cambridge Preparatory Academy.
