Brianna BonillaHi I’m Brianna and I am 12 years old turning 13 in October. I’ve been wanting to act on Disney Channel for quite some time now but never knew where to start. I just recently told my mom about the fact that I wanted to act because I really want to help her out on finances and other things. She said that if I could do it on my own then she would support me. I really want to show her that I can do it and that i can thrive for what i really want. I know that there are very talented kids out there that all want to be a part of the Disney Channel family and the chances of me getting picked are 1 in a billion but I will not stop until I reach my goal. I am an only child and I live with my single mother. I do have some experience with acting. I’ve been in school plays and my personal favorite was “Beauty and the Beast.” I am an A and B student with a GPA of 3.9. I like to sing but i love dance and cheer. My 6th grade elective was choir, my 7th grade electives were drama and multi-media/graphic arts. My 8th grade electives are going to be Showtime choir and spanish 01. My family is from El Salvador and Guatemala so I do speak spanish. I’ve grown up dancing since i was 2 years old. For example i danced hip hop, jazz, tap, and lyrical/contemporary. In my 5th grade year i tried out for my 6th grade drill team and I was the only one from my elementary school who made it. I’ve done gymnastics and cheer since 2009. My mom and I are huge Disney fans. I am not that much of a little girl any more but I still love to watch Disney Channel. I think ever since watching Hannah Montana and Wizards of Waverly Place I have always loved the idea of acting. I used to pretend i was Selena Gomez’ character ” Alex” and I would use chop sticks as a wand. I would pretend to cast spells. I also have a passion for fashion.
