I’ve been in stage plays here at the local theatre, and believe that was a great start and some good practice for me. Just about every night I sit up and watch Austin and Ally, and Shake it Up and take notes, and try and put myself in each characters position to prepare myselfmfor any oppurtunity that may arise for me. I am always learning all the new songs and I am always acting out parts from movies and tv shows with my sisters. I have teo sosters named sydney and kennedy. sydney is 14 years old and everyone says she looks like me, and kennedy is 10 years old with red hair and brown eyes. Joei SperoDear Disney Producers, I have dreams like every other young performer, and I realize that not every dream can be brought to life. Entertainment is a tough industry, I understand that better than most. In high school, I was cut from a singing group called “Singing Valentines” without even having the chance to audition. It crushed me, but it also enlightened me. This is why I am qualified to be the young talent you’re searching for, because I know the feeling of disappointment. I love to sing, I’m a tenor II and have a “mesmerizing tone” according to my chorus teacher. As far as acting, I’ve been in two plays and have taken many literary course to further my cause. I also write my own songs and perform them from time to time. Lastly, I write original stories and scripts, so I could assist in that as well. I’m a boy, a leap year actually, seventeen years of age with brown hair. I also have natural silver hair in some places, not sure why though. I’m Italian-American, hence the last name Spero, and my friends say I’m “the most unique and bizarre individual you’ll ever meet”. As I said, I’m a triple threat in my own regard, singing, acting, and writing. My inspiration comes from great artists like Céline Dion, Whitney Houston, and even Jackie Evancho. I’ve also been bullied in school for the simplest things, hair, clothes, the music I listen to, and even that I got good grades. When I was seven I loved to dance and once I got this kinect game called dance centeral I began dancing like crazy and when the new shake it up show came out I wanted to audition but I always get scared of what the judges think of me and I chicken out but not anymore I faced my fears and wanted to show everybody that I wasn’t a chicken anymore and when I tolled some people that I was gonna sign up they started laughing and teasing me but that didn’t stop me from following my dream so I would work every day at home dancing hard to be on shake it up. Shake it up is what tought me to not be afraid anymore and I was amazed by there moves and want to try it out so I gave it a shot and it was fun.
