Extras Casting Call for TV Show

The Discovery channel has released a casting call that is searching for models and actors. The network is now casting background extras to work on one of their series. Filming for the TV show will take place in Dallas, Texas. It is scheduled to shoot on Monday, June 12th, 2017. Men and women who are 21 to 45 years old are needed to portray fans. Hip, attractive and stylish models and actors of all ethnicities are being considered. This is not a large crowd scene so they are looking for specific types. Because they don’t know how long the scene will film, all applicants must be fully available. In-person auditions are not being held. The show’s director will be selecting talent based off their photos. This paid acting job will be compensating extras $64.00 for 8 hours of filming. We do not yet have a Call Time and you would need to be fully 100% available on the work date (regardless of what the call/wrap time ends up being!). MUST be available ALL DAY!! You MUST have open/flexible availability if submitting so that you can work WHATEVER the call times & wrap times end up being. If not, please DO NOT SUBMIT! We have heard that it will likely be a morning call time.

Pay rate for EXTRAS is $64.00 for 8 hours ($8.00/hour with an 8 hour guarantee). You will receive a check for the full amount in the mail usually from On Location Casting once we receive payment from the Client (could be anywhere from 2-4 weeks).
