Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes - Movie

Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes – Movie

Skepticism was high when Twentieth Century Fox announced that it was rebooting the legendary sci-fi film franchise The Planet Of The Apes for a second time but 2011’s Rise Of The Planet Of The Apes quickly erased all doubt and captured the hearts and minds of millions of filmgoers and a 482 million dollar box office haul. Fresh off of that magnificent success a sequel was announced and now Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes is gearing up to begin filming. Casting calls for a number of roles in this blockbuster follow up featuring some of the finest talent in Hollywood will be held soon and actors of all ages can submit themselves now for consideration for all available parts.

Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes will pick off where the incredible Rise left off – with the increasingly intelligent apes continuing to plague society under the leadership of Cesar. Will a small band of determined yet undermanned scientists be able to thwart their takeover of San Francisco and beyond? Moviegoers the world over are getting ever closer to finding out and aspiring actors are getting closer for the opportunity to be a part of the movie magic. Dawn will see J.J. Abrams protege Matt Reeves (Cloverfield, Let Me In, The Pallbearer) taking over director duties with a cast that so far includes the immense talents of Andy Serkis (The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, The Adventures of Tintin), Academy Award Nominee Gary Oldman (The Dark Knight Rises, Tinker Tailor Soldier Spy, Harry Potter and the Order of the Phoenix), Keri Russell (The Americans, Mission: Impossible III, Felicity), Judy Greer (Arrested Development, The Descendants, Two and a Half Men) and Jason Clarke (Zero Dark Thirty, The Great Gatsby, Wall Street: Money Never Sleeps). That’s an awful lot of star and there are still several supporting, day player and extras roles up for grabs. To apply for consideration for this a part in this tentpole sequel you can send emails here info@bathersoncasting.com. More casting call news and information will be posted as it is released so stay tuned for every update and be sure to leave a comment in the space below and tell us why you want to be cast in Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes.

I LOVE to make people laugh.i have a positive attitude and really hardworking. in everything i do i use a lot of passion and hardwork to get it done.I am not that fit (working on it a lot).. I have glasses and used to wear braces. I do not look like those jocks or those popular boys at school with six packs. I wouldn’t mind a small role. Haha thank you.

Lee is versatile, confident and professional in his career, combining not only acting but passion in what he loves, showcasing both his flexibility and confidence in the industry. Whether it’s comedy or drama, Lee displays the ability to adapt to any challenge and acting role given to him. From an upper class character to a heroin addict, magistrate to air-head, tramp to vamp, young or old. His ability to display ‘deadpan’ expressions and thinks about the character tremendously in order to preform at best. Lee has a wealth of experience having appeared in a film, play work, productions and studying and acting constantly in spare time to prefect, work and challenge himself. Lee loves what he does, is committed, passionate and always delivers 100%. i would love to audition for such an inspiring film.

    Hi,

In noticed that you are casting for the Dawn Of The Planet Of The Apes and I believe that I would be a perfect addition to the cast. I am from the Bronx, N.Y. raised between the Bronx and Ireland. This makes for a very unique accent and personality.

What makes me unique is that on the day of my 30th birthday, seven years I lost all of the feeling on the left side of my body and found out that I had a brain tumor. This was a unexpected event, but I was given a great present of a successful surgery and a full recovery.

While, I do not have formal training in Acting I will do whatever is required to succeed. I can attest to this by graduating with two Master’s degree, one in International Business, and the other in Economics, Finance, and Quantitative Analysis, which have helped me to succeed in my professional career.

I would appreciate the opportunity to speak with you in more detail about your staffing requirements and how I can help.

I look forward to hearing from you.

    Have a nice weekend.

    Kind regards,

I strongly believe I would a wonderful candidate for the Tomorrow People show. I have always been fascinated with acting and directing. Since I was in middle school I was making home videos. I enjoyed it and loved to make people laugh. My creative and spontaneous nature made it easy to make videos. In 2009 I bought my first green screen where I started learning and acting using amazing effects. I would make superhero videos and spend hours editing and acting. Why would I want to be apart of this movie?
My dad used to watch all of the original Planet of the Ape movies when he was younger. He truly loves them, and has tried to pass them down to me. I would love to be able to help pass this movie down to the next generation even if that means all I play is an extra.

I have done a lot of stage management in my high school theater the last two years. However; this spring I auditioned for a one act where I received a main role and found a love of acting I would like to pursue in film production. A chance at a small extra or background role would be fantastic. If this is not possible advice on how to immerse my self in the technical side of filming would be greatly appreciated.
    Thank You!

I would work for this or any movie because I know how to follow, listen, and learn. It is easy for me to understand what people want and what is needed. I work well with anyone and know my place on a team. Should I be used to just stand there, die or speak I follow orders and am an excellent mimic and actor. Choose me and I will strengthen your cast.

  64. Onyx Kuthuru

Hello, As you can see my name is Onyx Kuthuru, Acting has been something that I have been doing both intentionally, spontaneously, knowingly and unknowingly. Many times, I tend to play different roles in my day to day life to benefit the situation and position that I might be placed under that day. If i need to get something done or play a role in a family or work setting I try to emulate it to the very best of my ability. Even when the situation is against me I develop a different persona apart from me and try to portray a different character that would help me/benefit me in that situation. Acting is something that is natural to me and i try to own it. I am Indian by ethnicity, I am usually compared to Shah Ruk Kahn a Bollywood super star by the people who interact with me on a daily basis. In addition, i would like to state that I have a little bit of prior experience as I performed a few shows on stage at Penn State University. Finally, i would like to conclude with my credentials, I am 20 years old, My height is 5’10 and I weight about 155-160 lbs. I look forward to hopefully working on this set.

I have always been a great student but I never liked the stress so I am very interested in anything to do with arts and by that I mean stuff like acting and drawing or even designing ! I want to know how it feels to act in front of real directors and show my talent ! Not afraid to be criticized .i think it is great to feel the characters you get to do in this career and to see through it and experience it when acting it out and so you put your emotion in it and make it real that’s why I think this is a great opportunity for me and I’m very thankful for your time to read this .

    Hey there,

I’m Johnny, I just recently got into acting at my university and I’ve been loving it. I’ve been getting better and better roles with each new project I undertake, and I keep rising up to the challenge. I’m 5’11” ~180lbs. Irish-rocker looking guy. I sing, dance, and I play guitar. I love acting, and I’d love an opportunity to work with a story as popular as “The Planet Of The Apes”!

    Cheers,

  73. Hana Bixler

Hello, my name is Hana Bixler.
I am a 14 year old female, turning 15 in september. However, I am quite mature physically, and could easily pass for any age under 21, presumably.
    I’m 5’4″
I weigh about 120 lbs, but I would be willing to lose or gain weight for a role, as I have done so before.
    I am caucasian
I have natural brown hair, though it is presently bleached blonde, which can be changed easily. It is also medium-length, down to my shoulders.
    I have blue/green eyes.
I currently have braces, but they will be off by the end of this year.

I am an amateur-award-winning actress of twelve years, so nearly my entire life. I have been in numerous theater productions, including professional classes since I was 5, in both comedy and drama. I have been in a total of 3 on-screen productions, mainly student films and commercials. I have done many public speaking ceremonies and plays at my high school. I was awarded best actress by my peers three years in a row. I think I am ready to take my talents professionally. I believe it would be an honor to be considered for this project. Thank you for reading.

I am Caucasian with a bit of Mexican in me. I have always wanted to act since the day I watched my first movie. I have taken drama, done plays and musicals, however I have never done anything professional. In the fall I will be taking the digital media program at Specs Howard to hopefully expand my career in the movie making even if it is behind the scenes there. I would love to get an actual acting start. I have always wanted to travel so traveling is not a big deal at all. I am a hard worker and always willing to try new things. Please choose me!! Even if I am just an extra walking around I just want to be on camera! Thank you.

This would absolutely be a dream come true. I grew up watching the POA’s. I was fascinated as a child and would consider it an honor to be able to be a part of this movie franchise. No part too small for me. I am 5’4 , 36-26-36, have done plenty of modeling over the years. I have never done any professional acting.I leaned more towards modeling after high school. But did always have an interest in acting and was always in school plays and musicals. I recently have decide that life is too short and have decided to pursue my interests after finishing my bachelors degree in Global Business Management and a very unhappy stint in corporate america. Embracing my roots. Back to modeling and acting the love of my life.
