Since I 4 I have been in productions, they have been through my schools I attended because of requirements for our local theatre otherwise I would have been the first one there. Anyway, when I was age four in our school Christmas play I was a singer/dancer where we dressed up as crackers and stars. At the age of 7 I landed the main role of Mary in the Nativity Story this was a very big deal for me as this was the first time the spotlight was just on me, I enjoyed this so much as it gave me a feel of what it would be like to be in a production where I have lines/dance routines or songs to sing on cue, this was when I fully realized that I wanted to take part in the performing arts/show biz. There was a break in productions at my school for a while due to funding so in 2006, this would have made me 10 years old, I gained a supporting role and dancer of one of the brothers in Joseph and his amazing technicolor dream coats. I practiced every day at home and at school to make sure that I nailed every move and line. Lets say I did not forget a single line or dance move.I can easily say that acting, dancing and athletics does come naturally to me. As I went into high school I joined our towns rugby team cheer leading team, Our drama group was full at the time so I use my spare time to become more flexible and more co-ordinated. I can easily perform in front a crowd, especially a screaming and angry crowd, I do not falter, I enjoyed cheer leading very much so unfortunately I missed out on joining the drama group for the rest of my high school years, so once my cheer leading career finished in August 2013, I have been taking acting classes every Tuesday at our a local drama club along with private dance lessons on a Sunday.So to me I feel that I have quite a bit of experience along with normal teenage experiences that I would be able to relate to any kind of role within this new film. I am not leaving this message because I want to be “famous” with no experience at all. I am leaving this message because I have had experience in different areas that would help my skills in any production, I truly enjoy being part of a production and being able to throw myself into a character that can either relate to me or be completely different and bringing them to life. Daciana Alexandra StephensonMy name is Daciana. Pronunciation: (Dah-chee-ahna) Don’t worry about trying to pronounce it, I just go by Ana. I was adopted From Romania at 3 years old, only 22 inches tall, and was afraid of everything. I had to learn English when I came to the U.S. and had a hard time with it. As the years went on I became more confident and strong-willed. I learned to love things I used to be deathly afraid of including my dog Kenzie. One of the things I loved to do was act. I would act in front of my parents and would also act with my friends at home. I grew a strong passion for acting, but never actually got into acting (auditioning). The main reason was because I play soccer (position: goal keeper). I focused on that a lot and have played for 12 years. I used to play piano and the violin but not anymore but I can still play a little. Acting lets me get myself out there when I don’t want to at home, it gives me a chance to use my imagination, have fun, be creative, excel in what I love to do, interact with others and challenge myself and become the best that I can be. I have no fears when it comes to dreaming big and have high expectations for myself. I never give up, especially when it comes to math, hahaha. Sometimes it takes me a little bit longer to learn something, but when I learn it, I master it and never forget about it. I am very creative with ideas and also very artistic. Also, most things come easy to me whether it be sports, art, or being able to read something and do it from watching and observing. Memorizing lines is not an issue at all and I can memorize things very fast. Its a talent that I obtain in my brain. I am great at being the character that I am aiming to be and the expressions that I show also. I am really actually very kind hearted, friendly, sometimes shy and sometimes not, always perky and excited and happy. People always ask me if I ever don’t have a smile on my face.
