I’m not skinny or fat but all the clothes I try on fit me(weird, right?). I’m 5’5″. I like to read. A LOT. Nikki SandersHello, My name is Nikki, and this is my little story. I am slightly older than a lot of the candidates on here but I assure you I have a LOT of experience, and a baby face if that helps haha! 🙂 I started acting completely by accident while I was in college. I found myself desperate for a job and sought out an after school teaching position with a focus on science. When I showed up for the interview it seemed as if there were no positions available for after school teachers, I was meant to be wait listed, but the big boss overheard the interview and asked me to come interview with him. He told me I had a stage personality. I’d never been on stage before acting, I had sung quite a few times, but as far as acting goes never. I declined and said I’d rather wait until a teaching position opened. He then told me to get on stage or I could leave and find another job. Well … I had no choice but to take to the stage. The first show was rocky, the second one smooth, and by the 3rd one I was on fire. I had found the love of my life and things just kept getting better and better. I ended up helping my branch win best shows internationally 3 years in a row because I gave every performance my all. I have never found anything that makes me quite as happy as acting, nothing that makes me quite as happy as making other people laugh, smile, or relate to what a character is feeling. Its really beautiful to be able to convey an emotion and really connect with your audience. As far as the synopsis for the sitcom goes I absolutely love it. I eventually got the science teaching gig, and as you can imagine I’m pretty much a complete science nerd. I can completely relate to these girls. It seems like there are so many opportunities for great laughs….especially considering that nuclear weapon the girls don’t quite know about haha! I would be beyond thrilled to be a part of this production. I completely adore Disney and all the new directions its going in. I decided to check you guys out today after my students begged me to try out for some auditions, and I am so so happy they did! I would be completely honored, and my students would be completely …ECSTATIC (like crying jumping up and down dogpile hugging me, there are 5 classes of em haha!) if I were to be presented with this opportunity, so my fingers are crossed and I could seriously wish for nothing more! 🙂 Thank you so very much for your consideration, and have a wonderful day.
