I played the lead role of The Cat In The Hat. Another play was a one act called “I Never Saw Another Butterfly”, where I got my first lead role, of Raja. This play, I got to perform at a jr. Thespian Festival, in front of judges, in which we recieved a grade of superior. Also, I performed a monolouge, in which I received a grade of superior, and a short scene, in which I received the grade of excellent. I also performed some improv in front of judges. AnikaHi! I’m Anika and as for why I should even be considered for this, well that is because I spent the last hour looking for acting/singing opportunities for 14 year old girls. I really want to act and I’ve decided to pursue it. I told my dad one day “I want to be an actress” and he told me the best place to start would be to look for audition opportunities online and now here I am… Sorta. I love to act. I knew that when I was like 7 years old. I’ve always been a really dramatic person( in a good way) and I’ve become involved in every drama related activity at my school! Now the ify part. I have close to no experience and also I live in Canada. So I know that this is a long shot, especially for me. But I’d really like to be even considered. I have seen every episode and practice acting every chance I get. If I would get the chance to be in the show, I wouldn’t like a part where I have to sing, because i am not a very good singer. Meytar Hagayhi! my name is Meytar Hagay:) I know it’s a complicate name so you can call me Mey:) i’m 13 years old and i’m 1 meter and 70;) i live in Israel with my mom, my dad and my big sister. my other big sister is in Texas, not in here. she wanted to grow up there, in America and get a better life there. i’m happy for her but if i would get in the show, i can surprise her and tell her that i’m there and not in Asia:) i know you were probably expecting to see another comment of: this is my dream…. i love to perform…. and all of that but i have something a little diffrent.. so: the first thing is i really love this show and i watch it every day around the clock 24/7;) i also really like Ally:) and i find a lot of things in comment with her:) one of them and i think it’s really special is: i like to play piano and sing. but not regular playing in the piano… it all started in 2nd grade, i was in a piano lesson, and my teacher noticed that i threw the notes paper to the trash can and played it alone without seeing the notes in front of my eyes. she was very worried and not proud at me and called my mom. she said to her that i can’t continue in her lessons anymore because she don’t want that the other kids will start to do like me, and won’t read notes. i was kind of sad but in that day i knew that there is something special in me. and that i won’t give up on this dream to play in the piano and be like my big sister. my big sister tried to teach me how to play and remember notes but it just didn’t work. she always said to me that i’m special and that i’m not suppose to give up. one day , she saw me hearing one of her songs in English of course and i ran to our piano in the living room, and started by my memoir to find the right notes. without looking at a paper or something and she realized that’s why i didn’t read the notes. she realized i didn’t need them. so that’s what i’m doing now. i’m hearing a song that i like, i’m learning the lyrics and i go to my piano and finding the right chords and notes. and all of it just by my memoir:) i like to play on my piano, i like to sing but don’t like to sing in front of a really big crowd… i like it simple like 50 or even 100 people is enough;) i like to sing alone. that nobody will hear. i don’t want my parents to listen either:) it kinds of embarrassing to me:)… i like to read books. many many many books. lets say i’m not from the cool and ruff type:) i’m from the quit and delicate type who likes to read books on breaks instead of hanging out and playing it cool:) i also play volleyball which is really fun! if the ball doesn’t hit me in the face or something;) so that’s it i hope i convinced you to take me to the show and hope you liked it!
