Sophia Colón RooseveltI’m Sophia. Recently (7th grade), I had the same identity crisis. I have always been the girl who gets good grades, tries to please everyone, and do many things. I will be going into 8th next year and will be the only girl (and 1 out of 4 students) taking Calculus AB next year. I love acting, because it gives you the chance to play parts thet you can and cannot relate to. Our school has a focus on math and science, so their aren’t many liberal arts oppurtunities. Sydney Marie CevallosMy name is Sydney Cevallos. Just so there is no confusion, I am a female. I read the summary for “100 Things to Do Before High School” and immediately felt I was the perfect person to play C.J. I know everyone is probably saying that but I myself worry about high school like C.J. After all, I will be going there in a few short months. I am both experienced in acting AND the situation. I am easy to work with and I will put on ANY piece of clothing you want me to without taking one heavy breath. I work very well with others and adjust myself to work with people with bad attitudes. Hopefully no one will have a bad attitude but if they do, I will still smile and be happy to be there. Acting is my life. I would even do it for free. I’d do anything to do what I love and if that means drink Woohoo Punch out of Sam Puckett’s year old shoe, I will. I know that C.J’s character is 12 and I’m 13 but unlike other girls, I haven’t grown up. I can pass off for an 11-12 year old. I look 2 years younger. I consider it a gift. Of course I still can’t ride all the rides at my local amusement park which is a disadvantage. I have been acting since the 5th grade when me and my friends wrote a play with dancing called “Girls Jus’ Wanna Have Fun”. It wasn’t like the one with Sarah Jessica Parker although we watched that one for inspiration. I have also been in plays in my middle school years. I went from being a cool cat to a strict school principle in the 50’s within 3 weeks and people said I did phenomenal. I don’t mean to sound coincided, but I believe I am a very talented actress. I’m not the only one in my family who is an actor/actress. My uncle makes little movies that he and his family star in and my aunt has had many little scenes in different popular T.V shows. I am surrounded by people who can help me be better than the best and being on “100 Things to Do Before High School”, I will be surrounded by even more people to help me grow. You will never find ANYONE as dedicated as I am. I’m sure lots of people are saying that but they do not know that me, Sydney Cevallos, is also writing a response. Please consider me for the role. I think that everyone entering their first year of high school would be nervous it’s normal and i think that getting to play such a confident yet cautious character could actually have a learning impact on me. Cheyenne LehmanHi, im Cheyenne lehman, and Im a female that was born 10/17/03 and I live in Raligh NC (Though im willing to travel where ever i have to as long as not to over expenseive.)
