Heather MercerHi my name is Heather. I am a 26 year old single mom of two boys. I have always loved watching game shows and I love Minute to Win It. I have always wanted to be on a game show. I work full time and try to spend as much time with my boys but I am not able to spend as much time with them as I would like. I have a 2 year old who is being tested for autism. He will be 3 in September and he still isn’t talking and has many other signs of autism. My other son is 8 months old. He is my miracle baby. I was in a car accident the day I had him and had to have emergency surgery to get him out because I had a placental abruption due to the accident. Luckily he was born healthy with no major issues. Although he does keep ear infections and suffers from asthma. I would really love to be on this show and have the opportunity to push myself and to conquer my shyness. If I was to win money I would catch up on my bills and take a few days off work so I could have a mini vacation with my babies. I would also help my parents out with their bills. My dad has to have surgery on his neck and spinal cord and will be unable to work for a while so they are struggling to make ends meet. My parents have always been there for me and they have always accepted me and loved me for who I am. They opened their door to my kids and I when we didn’t have anywhere else to go. Being on minute to win it would give me the chance to change not only my life but my kids. I had bacterial meningitus as a baby, stayed in the hospital for 6 weeks and was in a coma for a week.They had to hook up eight different life support machines and told my parents i would never be able to use my arms or legs but i proved everyone wrong and made it through it all at only 18 months old.I’m lucky to even be alive but due to all the problems ive had i’m not really able to work so this could be the perfect opportunity for me to try to change mine and my kids lives and so i can give them everything i never had. Roberto silvaMy sister and I were on the spanish version of this show about two years ago. We were doing this together for our family to help my mother out and also to help myself and my new born daughter at the time. It was an amazing experience and learning process all in one. Not just in the game but in life itself. It was the first time my sister snd I were together doing something like that in a very very long time. Unfortunately we made it half way through the competition and walked away with some cash. I would like to compete againso badly. Christopher OstranderMe and my fiancee watch this show every chance we get!! We would love to play! I am in an enourmous amiunt of deptdue to hospital bills and other issues. I drank a monster energy drink when i was 18 yrs old and it stopped my heart. I was dead for 12 minutes and in a coma for a few days. I had to have a defibrilattor/pacemaker implanted in my chest to monitor my heart for the rest of my life. Ever since i have been trying to claw my way out of the giant hole of hospital bills and a few traffic tickets so that me and my fiancee can move out of her parents house and get back on our feet.
