Reina MacKenzieI’m Reina MacKenzie, and I really want to be apart of the Jessie cast. Currently, I’m 12 years old, but turning 13 in the August of 2015. I do look older than a 12 year old. Maybe I look 14? Something like that. Anyways, the reason why I would love to be apart of the Jessie cast is because for my whole life, I have loved the performing arts. I have been doing dance since I was 4, but just stopped this year due to money issues. Next year though, I’m hoping to go back to my dance academy. I also take singing lessons and my before choir teacher always gave me a solo in our performances. This year, I auditioned to join my school’s “select choir”, which is a choir that you have to audition for. I made it in, and can sing alto and soprano. I have also been doing musical theater, so that I can practice my abilities of singing, dancing, and acting. No, I have never auditioned for a role on TV, but I’ve been in plays since I was in preschool. In my pre-k, kindergarten, and first grade years, I did plays with high school kids, and we would perform the play for a couple of nights, and then practice for another play after. Hundreds of people come, and we even get filmed. When I moved to go to my new elementary school, I still performed in plays, and I have gotten the lead 3 times. Now in middle school, I’m going to try and continue to audition for these plays. I have a lot of experience with performing, as you can see, so I’m 100% positive that I can fulfill any role on Jessie. I love the show, and watch it everyday. I would be so thankful to you if I get picked for any role. Stormi ThomasStormi is turning 6 years old at the end of this month. She is half Caribbean and half Asian. She is extremely smart and got a wonderful personality. At the age of 4, she managed to read independently and for the past months, she wrote her own story about spider. Surely, she is a drama queen. Her funny facial expression and action made people laugh so bad. Her creativity is enormous. She loves to make her own videos to read stories to kids and sing. She has been acting at Denver Performing Art Center since 2012; started off “First Stage” then acted “Mixed up Characters” and “Silver Screen”. I have never been on television, but I have wanted to for a long time. I have auditioned for a commercial about 7 years ago, but did not get the role, because I was 5, and didn’t really know what to do. I will for this, though. I watch Jessie a lot, I’ve seen almost every episode. I am not a very outgoing person with a huge person, but I have done many diverse roles, including and old Russian lady, a monk, and Dorthy from The Wizard of Oz. I am hardworking and determined. I am also flexible, and I have a younger brother so I have a lot of experience dealing with annoying little kids. I have also been assistants at summer camps, where I am working with big groups of younger kids, so I have a lot of experience being kind and flexible around younger kids.
