I currently am on a medical leave, so time would be no problem. I’d like to be involved in this movie because I would like to add this experience to my bucket list. I was on THE PRICE IS RIGHT in 1984. And got picked and Won!! Yea! I was also chosen to be on the Oprah show as a part of a book club episode. But the main reason for this film is that I have ALWAYS wanted to see the workings producing a movie behind the scenes. You will want me as a cast member, extra or whatever because I have a very distinct voice. I’m from MEMPHIS, TN. And have a southern accent, but when people hear me, where ever they are they know it’s me. Example. When I was on THE PRICE IS RIGHT in 1984, I was based in Ft Lauderdale, and a very dear friend that I had lost contact with was vacuuming with the show on TV. she heard my voice, and thought ” that sounds like Gail”. So she watched and Bob Barker said now Gail from Ft Lauderdale will spin the wheel. She had recently moved to ft. Lauderdale. We had lost touch for 5 years, so she called information ,got my number and we were reunited as friends! Anyway, what I’m saying is that I will be an asset. John CrowtherI recently heard that a small portion of Tomorrowland may be filmed in the New Smyrna Beach, Florida area while dining with my 92 year old grandfather at Blackbeard’s Restaurant in New Smyrna. I would love for wife, daughter, grandfather and myself to be considered for extra positions. We are lifelong residents of the area. In fact, our roots to New Smyrna date back to 1790, with early relatives landing at Turnbull run. My grandfather is most likely the longest termed patron of the restaurant (dining there since the original Burger Queen was located on the site – yep, pre-Burger King) and is most likely the most knowledgeable original New Smyrna area historian still living. In my junior year of high school, I decided to give acting a try for the first time, and landed my first part as Duke Orsino in Shakespeare’s Twelfth Night. Since then, I’ve had several major and supporting roles in school productions, including my school’s One Act play, The Boys Next Door, where I played the lead, Jack Palmer. At my school, I learned the Meisner technique from my teachers and have had extensive practice in putting it to practical use on stage. Although I haven’t been acting for very long, learning the technique has helped me to become a better actor and has given me many more things to think about when creating a character.Truth is, acting is the only thing I can see myself doing. Everything I’ve tried my hand at has never really felt “right”. Auditioning for the first time was one of the greatest experiences in my life because I felt so suddenly alive, breathing life into a character in front of others. And every role since then, however frustrating it was to add the right detail, the right amount of depth into a character; there’s no greater feeling for me in the world. Whenever I’m performing, I feel truly alive. While performing, I feel at home. My former career is that of a Police Officer, (A K-9 Officer and part of a Special Missions Team) I had an amazing K9 partner with a bond that few can understand. So obviously, I love animals and have a gift of working and training with them, because of that ability, people contact me to help them with problem animals and i several rescues, one of which is a Kinkajou. Currently, I am a Private Investigator, who works a lot of Criminal Cases. Ok..so I have given you a little glimpse of my life. Now an idea of what I look like. I’m 5′ 3″ and weigh about 117 lbs.
