Rianna HardestyModeling is such a fascinating industry to me and I have tried to get into it for years but unfortunately my height has often been an issue with agencies and so I’ve never had representation. However a huge leap in a potential career was made when I was picked by Carol Alt to appear on the cover of her book. Carol Alt, a former supermodel herself, didn’t care about my height- she only saw the potential in my pictures and my face. This is something that I wish would happen more often but the industry doesn’t often work that way. Brandi McLoydI am a working model in New York city..while studying for my business degree at Rutgers University I have spent all my extra time and energy working independently to get work and to get noticed in this industry..and although some of that hard work is beginning to pay off with me recently walking in BET’s Rip the Runway and getting serious exposure their is this still so much more I wanna do, so much more I know I am Capable of…i just need the chance.
