Nashville – ABC

One of the most anticipated projects of the television season is set to go before cameras and a number of roles for up and coming talented actors will soon be available. Casting calls and auditions for ABC’s new musical dram Nashville will be held shortly and now you can be a part of what could be the hot show that everyone will be talking about.

Nashville is the brainchild of Academy Award winning writer director Callie Khouri (Thelma And Louise, The Divine Secrets Of The Ya-Ya Sisterhood) and will focus on the drama filled behind the scenes happenings in the Nashville country music scene. Country superstar Rayna James is having a career down slide and her record label is forcing her to embark on a dual tour with rising star Juliette Barnes, the woman set to take her place as the queen of country music kingdom. This hour long drama promises to keep viewers on the edge of their seat each week an intriguing mixture of scheming, plotting, triumph, amazing music and one of the finest principal casts on TV including Connie Britton (Friday Night Lights, American Horror Story), Hayden Panettiere (Heroes, I Love You, Beth Cooper), Eric Close (Without a Trace, Now and Again), Powers Boothe (Hatfields & McCoys, Deadwood) and Jonathan Jackson (General Hospital, Insomnia). There are still several roles to be cast throughout the season and several chances for you to work with some of the biggest talents in entertainment today.     Singing is my passion. Music make me feel safe and helps me get through life. I’ve been singing since I was 8. My mom caught me singing to Elvis while dancing around in the living room. Obviously when I was younger I didn’t really take music seriously. I just wanted to be a kid. Now that I am out on my own persueing music is all I want to do. Those who don’t support me I don’t need. I’ve already made plans to move to Nashville in November but if something was to come up I would move at the drop of a hat. I’m 21 with the dreams like many others. To be a country singer. If becoming a star comes after, well that’s just a plus side. I just want to be able to work with talented people and learn from the best. Learning to better my self in music would b awesome! A few tips on life wouldn’t hurt either. Nashville is an amazing show with great music that hits home to almost everyone’s struggles. Best TV show out there. Would love to b apart of it.

    I am looking to audition as an extra for the show and would like to do so to become more familiar with the TV / film industry. I was born and raised just outside of Nashville in the small town of Kingston Springs and have watched Nashville become a standout city in the public eye from the musical streets of Broadway and sound of the Grand Ole Opry to the now growing television exposure that highlights not just music but a city as well. Although I am a landscaper by trade I do have experience in front of the camera performing guitar in a music video and also in pursuing a healthy lifestyle for the workers of Vanderbilt Hospital. I will strive to do a good job as an extra and would absolutely love the challenge and enjoy the experience.

    I would love to be considered for this show for many reasons, the number one of which it is my new favorite program! I have been a huge fan of Connie Britton’s ever since Friday Night Lights debuted and I was so happy when she finally won the Emmy for her role as Mrs. Taylor.
    I also am a resident of Nashville and love country music, especially the classic genre. Additionally, I am heavily involved in theatre as an actor/singer and have been in several local community productions with more to come.

    Hello. First I would like to say that I would love to be considered for a role in this show. I understand sometimes you have to work your way up, so even if I could get a nonspeaking extra role I’d still be happy with that. But I like to think big, I view myself as a star.     I have worked on the set of Nashville, as an extra. I was Coleman’s staffer on the Pilot and throughout Season 1. I have also worked on Season 2, as an extra as well. My agency, Talent Trek, provided me the opportunity to audition twice for the show: once during Season 1 and again during Season 2. As a result, I was not chosen.     I have been obsessed with country music since I was a little girl. Often my schoolmates and friends didn´t understand me, because Slovenia has nothing to do with it =) But I always liked the sound of country music and could never stop loving it.     I attended college in Washington state while studying drama and business management, i took classes in set design, acting, learning about shakespeare. I also did go to California after high school before attending college and attended classes at the actor’s workshop with Bob Adams, and recorded commercials, memorized lines, and performed in workshops with different producers and acted in front of the camera and had this recorded and watched yourself and other actor/actress back to build on just being yourself, and worked to become comfortable with being on a set. I loved this and have now moved back to Washington and saw this opportunity which I would love to look further into. I have a natural, god-given talent for acting and would LOVE a chance to audition for any part, big or small, on my favorite Tv show. I do sing as well, but acting is definitely my passion.     Hey, My name is Lloyd, I am 20 years old, and in a strong relationship. When I heard about this, My friends , family, and everyone I performed in front of, told me that I should go for it. I enjoy singing, simply because I enjoy making people happy, and have a god time. When I started singing , I was 4 years old, at that time, I was living with my grand parents, until the age of 7. My grandmother, always made sure that I practiced over and over. She used to take my to church on Sundays , and allow me to sing on stage.     The truth is, I honestly don’t have any idea what you want. So I’m just going to tell you about me (:
    I love acting and singing and I’ve been doing it all my life! They are my passion! For a while I pursued a modeling career but due to financial reasons, I couldn’t continue with it.     I am a young/good looking woman in my mid twenties. Short blonde bob. Weight 125.
    I have a 2 year old daughter named Jolene (yes named after the Dolly song).

    I am an artist, mostly painting but adore printmaking as well.
    I have no acting experience (but lets be honest neither did Jennifer Lawrence….)

    I should be considered because I just moved here from Virginia and I can’t imagine anything more lovely than imagining my beautiful grandmother smiling at my face on t.v. She would be so proud and she always wanted me to pursue an acting career, though I chose to be a painter instead.

    I work for an accounting firm in the Green Hills area and still feel new to Nashville but it feels more like home than any other place ever has. Best part? My job accommodates leave for employees pursing musical/acting/art careers and I could be available if picked. If nothing else, I am eccentric and timely and would at least have a fun time.
